Yes I'm sure he is back in now. Only question would be why his target was so low if he was that bullish. Someone so visible publicly cashing out his entire holding in the 40s probably didn't do us too many favours. Hopefully he sticks around this time anyway! Onwards and upwards.

Myles initially sold out all his Argo at 7p I think it was.... took a lot of PIs with him too. Not sure he fully understood what it was he was invested in. Lost a bit of Argo credibility with that, for me.

He's right in terms of it being early though.... this is what, 3-4 months in with a potential 12 months or so to come. Buckle up!

Bitcoin went up 25% in the 80 hours between Monday morning and this morning.... nothing can continue that pace without a breather and pullback, it's healthy.... might not be now but I'd be surprised if we didn't have one at some point soon... it's 'natural' in terms of the bitcoin cycle, and that's not factoring in any outside influences like Elon, Saylor, Chinese NY, Fedcoin, anything....

Does 'feel' like it's coming too.... a retest and breather at 34.5k after the past few days maybe.... we'll see

Exactly pop, and EVEN IF countries do this for themselves, these are just digidollars, they will be linked in value to a tanking fiat currency (maybe not the next week or two but certainly long term)... whether or not you like the term digital gold, bitcoin has that niche to itself... same value anywhere in the world and afinite amount of it.... will only increase in value due to scarcity. There is a place in the future for both, but nothing will replace bitcoin as the ultimate king, in my opinion!

I don't know much about anything, but I know I am not going to think about touching the Argo in my SIPP for 15+ years and see where that gets me and my kids....

I basically want someone in a white coat and goggles with a clip board to tell me that any % bitcoin drop is going to cost Arb X% of SP and any % bitcoin rise is going to benefit us by Y% of SP.

I'm not very good at maths, that's the main issue haha.

That's exactly the type of thing I was getting at, thanks AK - and it's suggestive that that p/d ratio will drop the higher bitcoin gets... which is annoying but not unexpected...

I am not so sure the MMs who are getting all our ire on here are real living breathing ruddy cheeked, grey haired old boys in pinstripe suits or even sharp city slickers, I'm now presuming it's actually some kind of algorithm designed to maximise volume flow..... if that is the case though, how on earth does 'good news' rns ever get factored in properly... and how and when are rerates decided upon?!

This is something I am really interested in but I’m desperately hoping someone with better tech skills than me could actually do.... a table of price correlation between Argo and BTC.... to basically work out if there is a solid ratio we can use to guide future predictions...

So Argo hit 1.45 around the same time as BTC was 41.8k, right!? Does that marry up with these ‘bottom’ figures?! I’d suggest maybe not.... as in theory we’d have been just over 1.00 when around 35k Bitcoin....

So does the correlation ‘reduce’ the higher BTC gets but increase as it falls?

It’s also brutal when it goes down 1k but not worthy of mention when it rose that same 1k in the previous 55 minutes! It’s the nature of crypto. That was probably the musk ‘dump’ if you can call it that

A month ago we broke 99p the next stop was 145p the stop after that 63p....

Wish people would cut this out. The general trend for Argo and Bitcoin is up, long may it continue, but nobody can predict anything like next stop 180 with any confidence, based on technical analysis or anything else.... it’s misleading to novice investors, gets people spiked and then leads to the waterfall of sells as people eventually bail out as they get back to their entry level. As early investors here (yes even today is early) I do feel we all have a responsibility to keep things in some kind of perspective. I’m happy to say I think £2/5/8+ in 2021 but I’m always acutely aware we could see Argo retrace 40% along the way!

From everything I hear it is an absolute ballache buying ARBKF, it's incredible as many people have managed to put up with the extra fees and hassle of the OTC market as they have.... it's not quite KR1 levels of hard work, but hard work none the less :)

They have blown past yesterday's volume in less than three hours... which is nice!
