So upcoming news that could impact SP:

- General meeting in August (hopefully more news on the £10 million funding)

- Colorado starting production - bringing in money and moving HE1 to producer

- Drills and ESP giving a better idea of the viability and size of Tanzania, which could lead to financing to produce.

Are those buy:sells accurate or based on the 'best guess' on the mid price?

Where's this 2.2p figure from a raise?

2p is my target here and I'm over the moon.

As people have already said, if the II's see this as anything but a quick buck or the board want to see the SP increase with news to increase the funding they could raise.

I might add, it seems 0.8-1.0 is the normal trading range until further concrete news comes out (positive or negative - for balance I also have to add)

This next phase is all about showing that the methods of extraction work and giving a better idea of what is 'down there' to intice JV/financing. If JV/financing comes in then the SP should increase.

Alongside that, actually getting some regular income from Colorado.

So this money will....

Get income coming quicker from Colorado (and potentially more than the original plan)

And prove up the resource in Tanzania as quickly as possible to get funds raised to then get income coming as quickly as possible.

HE1 wants to become a developer as quickly as possible.

As long as there's no major dilution coming, I'm happy to sit with this one for the next 6 months.

The one cynical thing I'm pondering is;

MRX have brokered the deal. MRX are the trader. Could they have given a nod to the II's that they could make the cream on the top......creamier, with their position as a MM?

Obviously a little worried since Friday, but sitting on my shares for now.

I think a lot of SH's were hoping for a SP increase this year. HE1 appear closer than ever to being a revenue creating company. Including me.

But this RNS makes you realise that there's still work to be done.

I'm now either gonna sell my holding at a 15% loss or hold on in the hope that Colorado brings a nice increase in the SP or that some other magical news does also

But then it begs the question, why have MRX in effect brokered the deal? Is this a common company to work on such deals?

Okay, so from a medium term holders view, could we think that MRX have wanted a lower SP? Are they tied into this investment in a way that it's in their financial interest to see the SP rise to new (recent) heights?

I might add, I've been invested here (with a smallish holding) since just after the massive rise to around 2p. So missed out on the rise.

I've seen the drop last August.

I've added to my holding as I believed that the board were progressing the prospects well and still see value here (albeit slower than anticipated).

My main thought now is how this MRX deal may work out or be perceived.

Someone help me out here.

I understand that investment right now helps HE1.

But, at the same time I know that MRX are one of the main MMs.

And there's been some chat about the MMs controlling the share price here for a while.

I thought that was chat from shorters.

But now that today's RNS has shown that MRX are the investors, try to help me out with discussion.

Have MRX kept the price at this level because they knew they could invest as they have today?

And they know they can make a quick buck?

Or because they know feel the SP will elevate because there is a substantial asset here and they can make a big buck?

Is it an opportunity they saw?

Is it some chats going on to meet either investment opportunity?

Or am I overthinking?
