Isn't Colorado going to be worth $2 million a year? If so, it won't add too much?

There's still a gamble here - but the ML being awarded, the conservative figure being used pushes the gamble in favour of a punt - and if the Colorado production goes well + the ESP flow rate - then this SP should finally see the jump that PI's have been waiting for (of course, if there is no more dilution and that the points described lead to JV or other non-dilution financing)

Apologies - that's what I meant BB, that the ESP would show the higher estimate to be feasible.

If so, will the gas be extractable now from water? Or does some of the new/upcoming extraction technology that's been discussed on here need to be used?

It's in the boards and the II's and PI's interest if they start producing.

The estimates are on the lower end at the moment - the ESP will hopefully up those estimates, leading to increases II confidence - then better funding options and a higher SP

Let's see if they can bring any sort of PI confidence back tomorrow. I'm holding on for now - will see if there is anything that comes out of tomorrow's meeting.

So as PIs we have to ask:

Will the IIs look to make a quick buck, or are they here for longer term, bigger gains.

And is this a taster of things to come in terms of JV - this 10 mill is a "show us what you've got, and if it's solid we'll invest more"?

1) The results once the ESP has been put into action.

2) What is happening in Colorado. When is production expected to commence? What is this extra money being used for?

Is this CLN a 'taster' before a JV/better financing options based on 1) and 2)?

And of course, Monday's GM should hopefully answer some questions.

Why would a JV be announced with a CLN being voted on Monday?

So the board want/need cash quick.

Hopefully we find out soon exactly how they intend to use it particularly in Colorado (versus the money they raised to enter into the deal )

Is it confirmed that future raises had to be voted on by shareholders?

Was this just on traditional placings?

Or would it include CLN (or cash box)?

Not a great few days.

But the Bid is down about .04 today, rather than the mid being down .10.

Even less for me as HL quoting just over .67 to sell

Was it a poster called Louise that was banned last week? Her posts seemed positive.

There seems to be a lot of negative posters on here that appear when the SP drops. But disappear when the SP is on the up.

I try and bring balance to the situation and comments as much as possible. Too large a percentage of these posts are just attacking other posters, rather then decent, critical discussion about news that we, as PI's, have been given.

Which brings up my concern on the other side - MRX as broker and MM.....

Why would the Tanzanian government issue a ML if it wasn't viable?!

I've been burned by AIM explorers in the past, but they were never awarded a ML - just pumping an imaginary resource in the ground to the investors detriment.

I've been invested here for over a year now, I reckon. So I do know about the raises.

But why go to II's NOW, with a CLN?

This seems to be the final step before being able to, hopefully, show increased resources and a viable 'product'.

And Colorado will bring in some actual recurring income also.

I think (hoping) that the General Meeting on the 5th answers many questions.

Another question: why did the board not issue more shares (I know there is a vote needed, but they are voting with the CLN anyway) - if it's going to dilute, it's going to dilute?

Can the resource estimate be upgraded, and therefore entice longer term financing?

Do the II's think that this could go big, or are they in it for a quick buck? That's my big question.

Wiseman - what about the big investment fund that's been made available in Tanzania recently?

The news we want to hear is whether these II's are looking for longer term investment. Are they looking to make bigger £££ off this injection of cash. Or is it a short term quick buck? Do they like the look of what HE1 have, and this is an initial investment that will be increased once everything is shown to be in place?

I wrote yesterday:

- The general meeting where (hopefully) more is discussed re: the CLN. People are talking about death spiral. But hopefully more will be announced that will show the opposite.

- Colorado production. Again, how this extra money is being used could make this deal even better. Is the financing adding value or is it making up for something since the initial deal with Blue Star?

- ESP - to show it works and what comes out of the ground. This could add confidence to the whole production and lead to JV/better financing.
