the only effect this will have is that the sp looks a little better. as the board hasn’t really achieved much, any inevitable further drops will look less drastic initially.

also lures new investors in who believe that this is a good price for an aim share.

The board of Challenger Energy Group plc has announced a reorganisation of the company's share capital. Shareholders as at close of business on 6 August 2024 will have their holding consolidated, receiving 1 new share in place of every 50 previously held. The new consolidated shares are expected on or around 7 August 2024. Please note we will credit the shares to your account upon receipt from the registrar which may not be before 8.00am on 7 August 2024.

The consolidation is subject to shareholder approval at an annual general meeting (AGM) on 30 July 2024.

today we are at 0.17

To out that into perspective, if you invested £10000 in 2015, you now have £280 left.

Or what was once a nice holiday vacation for 4, is now a an overnight stay in the UK for 2 (if you are lucky)

That share with its SP is close to extinction, almost over for everyone. Even a 100% rise now would barely have anyone jumping with joy or excitement.
