I ddn't mention Leinster as I had the feeling that it's Feb 25 before we can touch the shares, or have I misread that?

I was hoping that in the end, Leinster will be a bonus rather than a saviour - but at the moment whichever way, it's good to have that being worked on in the background as it's a game changing amount of potential capital.

The key to the door is clearly now the TFS.

If this gets signed, then shipments can be made and real revenue can be gained.

Then the difference to TM1 is that there should be some cash available to soften the dilution of paying Atlas in shares.

The key to the floodgates is getting a significant and consistent supplier of battery stock.

I listened to the interview yesterday and despite the PR aspect they pushed some of the more uncomfortable questions to AS & RB. They have had to apologise for the timescale slips but may end up being more cagey about managing expectations ( giving estimated timescales) from this point on. Saying that, the issues appear to be weighted more with the feedstock quantity than I expected - I thought this would be piling up - wheras the agreement for black mass is excellent ( obviously dependent on license etc ). All in all I am happier than I was a week or so ago and it is clear that there is the desire to make this work. Time is now of an essence though due to cash burn - the safety net is the Leinster deal, which in itself isn't tied down properly - but the ideal scenario would be to have the green flag to ship black mass before that is desperately required otherwise it'll be an uncomfortable ride.

I still believe this can be done - the frustration is that you can see all the pieces of the jigsaw and how they fit together but it's as if each piece has to have some kind of special licensing agreement, paperwork and authorisation and before it can be put in!

I think there will be a few interviews and we may get a bit more meat on the bone - the message today was first and foremost about signing the agreement.

While anything is possible I think you know that that's a bit of an irrational suggestion. However, at some point TM1 / Recyclus are looking at the black mass processing themselves, so this is technically a stop gap.

Someone has convinced you of that this morning, saying TM1 can only get money through dividends.

If the value of Recyclus increases, then the value of TM1 increases proportionally.
