1. Are they going to rely on in-house capabilities
2. Is Scancell generic vaccine works
3. Will Bio pay £1-2 for the tech providing point 2 has an outstanding outcome.
4. Nothing new so far

3B old Napster / 750 = 4,000,000
Expected payout resulting from takeover 4,000,000 X £10 =~ £40m
Price per old Napster share : £40m / 3B shares = 1.33p
So, if we realise £10 payout it will be for most long term holders a painful loss of 75% / 90% or thier initial investment. It looks that also the finance company got stung…and always AM & SH we’re laughing everyday and all the way to the bank.
