We have cash 319k end of August funding into q2 2020 and revenue from bainet which has been in production for 1 year now, Italy production next year.
But you are quite right a placing can come at anytime on the majority of aim shares so all I can suggest don't invest in aim.

We could also stick at 15% of Spain and let Warrego front the drill costs of 85% as they are doing rather well now with there monster gas find in Australia as hinted at in the rns.
Spain may not be as dilutive as you think and 15% of 837bcf as it stands would still be 150 mill equity to us.

Look at Spain we already own 15%, it has already been drilled in 1957,we know it has gas 837bcf mid case with cpr done in 2015 short connection to main gas pipe 4km no brainer for me.
We await new cpr from mt survey zzzz for the larger anomaly but are looking for the best drill position from 4 possible locations.
we are probably looking at a monster gas find and Ed wants to get it right for what we have here.
