I buy my PHE as it when from 10p to 1.05p in four years. From last Sep. it has been 1p each shares. Also they have two to make . When they are done it can sell them to Europe, Japan, Australia, and many others . Time to buy PHE then wait for it go up.

It take time to make big gain. I buy PHE 5 years ago for 0.41p and sell them 4 years ago for 8p, For 1000 pounds I make 14,000 pounds..
