I look at Stans book. When PHE got to 10P and stat to glow down I sell it. I wash it go down till is get to No1. So buy it again. All the ones that keep it and don't sell it they have wait now untill it get to there shares. I sold all mine and wait. I have 16 years so I know what to do.
