It has been in a rage of up to 1.1p since Sep but one day it will go up to stage 2. I did PHE 5 years ago and it was in stage no 1 for 9 morths But then it when up very fast so I made a very big gain. Stan say buy then a stage 2, but I buy then in stage 1. This will go up soon and we will make a very big gain.

We will be Ok here just wait for PHE to go up next year. When I buy PHE 5 years ago I stay at 0.41p for 9mths, but now it will up a long way next year.

I when to the philippines for 3 month this year, It as very hot there. We was near Cebu. In the north of Phippines they had typhoon all the time. AMOC is make it bad.
