The company and all its tech will get sold long before it’s delisted. If you read between the lines they are exploring all available avenues including selling. They already partnered with several heavy hitters, imo already in negotiations.

2 points to make here. 1. They will never get 75% shareholder approval to delist. 2. If they do delist we will get shares in the private company that will almost certainly be sold within a year.

How are they going to get a 75% vote in favour of de listing?

Talking out your arse again, if they were buying 10s of millions of shares. A the share price would be much higher and B you would be able to see the trades. This buy is a private investor.
