Arecast News) - Polarean Imaging announced on Tuesday that it has entered into a new commercial agreement with Ascend Imaging to support the promotion and sale of its Xenon MRI technology in selected US states, in a move aimed at accelerating market penetration and expanding access to its functional lung imaging platform.

Under the terms of the non-exclusive agreement, Ascend Imaging would act as an independent manufacturer's representative across four US states.

The AIM-traded firm said Ascend would work alongside its in-house sales team to identify new customer opportunities, build engagement, and support deal execution.

Polarean said the partnership would enhance its regional coverage while preserving operational efficiency, as it seeked to build momentum in the second half of 2025 and beyond.

If they announce they are getting the funding or have already secured funding and there is no need for another placing this goes straight to 5p which is what it was before the last placing. Some pretty large buys going through today. I’m guessing they are not interested in a 10 or 20 percent return.

I imagine bs will be busy here today spouting his usual nonsense.

If this lot had half a brain they would have got Phillips to stump up the money for a percentage of the company rather than dilute further.

I’m sure we’ll find out this week the reason for the drop. As usual there are people that already know the answer.
