It is going to delist, just a case of when. No other option, if there was a buyer it would have happened by now.

BS is right about one thing, they do want to delist. Newslands is dumping millions of shares (you can tell it’s him by looking at the trades) if there was a buyout on the cards it would have happened months ago as that’s probably how long they’ve been trying. The only problem they have is getting 75% approval. I would be flabbergasted if there was an alternative outcome.

TBH unless they sell the company I hope they do delist because I will own shares in a us based private company that will be fully funded and will probably end up either being sold for a lot more money or re listed on one of the us markets. Either way unless you panic sell today or paid more than 1p for your shares you’ll probably be ok. I’m due bs will find a flaw with this.

Think about it, the patents are worth more than the whole company.

This rns was designed to flush out objectors to a sale as it’s likely to be way below what they paid for their shares and as they need shareholders approval they are now more likely to get it. Watch this space.
