Go and watch a video on shorting… stock is borrowed and then purchased back at a lower price. So where is the dumping? They need liquidity to close positions.

Shorters don’t dump you muppet. They buy to close their positions. They need liquidity to close down large positions.

You should be a board member with that observation

This is a hedge or buy back of a short position. Nothing more, nothing less. Until the time the short is closed and they continue to accumulate. Other than that it is a nothing rns. If they are hedging this would suggest that they have got wind of a decent trading update that would hurt their short position. They are now nicely covered either way I would imagine.
