RE: .2 to .3's within 14 days MiCA will be rejected.20 Dec 2025 16:10
Chaebol gs fintech uab has been doing business in Lithuania for a while and has been paying tax there for a while. It is a Lithuania business and has been so for a number of years, bake may have been introduced in January and bought under gs fintech uab but its operations have been paying tax there since then. There is a lot said that I agree does lean towards approval being difficult or perhaps even unlikely, I personally don’t have the hopes of some on MICA. I’m just keeping an eye on the bake employees LinkedIn, as soon as the is ‘open to work’ on any of them, we will know! But yes there is gs fintech Ltd in the uk that looks likely to post some good news. Sparky did say there was promise of another podcast before the end of the year so I have a small amount of optimism for something. But agree that after the current interims bake is still a very small business and would have to have provided the BOL with some pretty Stella 3 year projections to be considered. If they were to get approval then they must have shown some incredible figures we haven’t seen yet.
