Perhaps your right BFD I just don’t know, could be as people say other selling on the view of a bad license outcome. But I think your right it could very well be shorting, but either way again, we just have to hold tight and hope for good news.

12 months ago, we had a spell of great news. Semnet Nasdaq, bake etc. I wasn’t ramping I was excited, 12months since then, well we all know the story. We could still have that again, if we are very lucky, then I guess I will be called a ramper again! I’d prefer to say I join the sentiment, as do most of the market.

Ian I share you frustrations and sentiment, wouldn’t blame anyone for selling now. Personally though when it’s this low, might as well go for broke. Unless people need the money, if they do, and I’ve caused people to hold when they could have sold for more. I sincerely apologise, no one has deserved to lose this year no matter their view. Personally, just wish the company was informative throughout the year, the BOD could have said so much but for some reason decided to leave shareholders in the most part, stressed and down. Which in most peoples lives these days, they don’t need, especially when there was so much promise.

I’m not concerned about the address if I’m honest, if they were going to fail the application it would be on something else. If the address was an issue it would have been highlighted from the start if I’m honest/or identified by noewo or response legal. IMHO if they fail it will be because they are just too small and their 3 year business projections don’t offer a lot to Lithuania. My personal opinion

Bake will have an obligation to its users to tell them what they will and will not be able to do. So we will know either directly or indirectly from the business one way or the other. I agree regarding GS20, I can’t see how that can operate without a full MICA if I’m honest, I don’t know if Nuvei is setup to take a full trading platform, I’ve been trying to find that out from NUVEI.

I don’t know whether they can offer all of them though.

Chaebol the only one reason I can give you is that they have engaged with specialists in order to give them the best chances of a license. Even though the business has done this before and failed (original sandbox application) there is a small chance this could have helped. But again I do rest further towards the other side.

Your right chaebol, but in the absence of little that’s positive as a share your sentiment around MICA. Perhaps personally I’m holding onto this possible outcome, as I’m not sure what the plan is unless this is it. But yes it could come down to another false promise but I’m resting on my side of optimism on this part, as otherwise I’ll lean all the way into pessimism which I don’t want to do. Let’s see how it all pans out, which ever direction it goes

The way I see it, we will get semnet resolved in the next few weeks. So will see monies returned and more importantly 65million shares, just in time for sandbox announcement. Which will imho massively boost the sp and into boost the value of those shares. We will see upside even if in the very short term there is some downside. There is a lot of focus on MICA and rightly so, but there potential elsewhere. We could see 0.3 yes but I don’t think we will stay there for long at all, as positive catalysts are right round the corner from a possible bad mica result.
