Easy send was also setup as an “option to purchase” which means they can buy it at a later date. I made a mistake thinking it was happening straight away. It’s clear they want to get an offer in early and purchase it later which is why I think is it Q2/Q3 for financial reasons.

Easysend is not the basis of what will be their FCA application. It will give them an extra revenue stream, access to thier app technology and more customers for scalability. FCA takes 3 months to confirm and application for change of control. So if Q3 is mentioned then it’s possible an application hasn’t been made yet.

Agree with this AHS, I don’t think they have asked the FCA for approval yet. I think negotiations have been going on for a while. Easysend a website has been improved dramatically since the announcement and is brilliant, with ai response and to be honest the complete package so a lot of investment there. Looks a well worth while business

Hopefully we will see the shares cleared before news. Then little to hold back when next news lands.

AHS I think it’s more financial. Easysend is pretty profitable judging by its accounts on CH, and I think they have their eyes on a bigger acquisition, hence the slightly larger raise.

No way this is going below 1p
