I would agree with those sort of formula with larger mcap stocks. This is a penny growth stock and a fairly new business, therefore those formulas are necessarily applicable to a share like this at this stage in its development and will have future potential to warrant rises in the mcap.

MLR status is worth 100million mcap without fail due to how hard it is to get. Firms would easily pay that just to have access to it. Check the register seagull and show me a firm worth less than that.

Jack bai has been preparing for this for 5 years when wise mpay and Coalculus first got together. Over a year with an FCA case officer. Pinsent input and acquisitions, millions and millions spent. Someone is moving to the uk with Angra acting as sponsor. Hopefully only 1 more week till we find out.

We would be the cheapest company with MLR status on the FCA register. Everyone else on there are worth 500 million + when you look at the groups they are owned by. If we don’t treble or 5 bag instantly we will have offers on the table for the business straight away as to get MLR Status from the FCA is hard even for multi billion pound company’s. Only 6 people got it this year.

Or in a week if the FCA tell us to go straight to authorisation for gs money.

I doesn’t matter if people are still selling as long as the buying continues. Problem is the buying has stopped for now, but those selling will wish they waited when next week hits imho

It’s usually when the stock market starts to pick up in the new year. But we have to remember that it will be 6 months gone since they announced they were let into innovations pathway so could hear about that any day now, will be interesting to see if they go into sandbox or decide to go straight to authorisation. That will be a massive catalyst.

Why does someone selling have to be unhappy? Could just be they need the money and are actually quite happy but need the money for other things. Sellers don’t know anymore than we do.

Because it’s a penny stock it’s still open to large swings and market manipulation. MMs can buy millions of shares in one go and basically keep the SP stagnant for as long as they like til they have none left but unfortunately PEEL keep getting fed shares so very difficult to move at the moment.

Not sold a single share, and haven’t found anything more in my research yet sharestain. But plenty out there to research maybe you should try it?

They don’t have any debt, they cleared all debt from last accounts.
