I think it would look better on the SEC if they just said it’s was an internal error and a decision has not yet be made/finalised. They were definitely hacked imho and someone made an absolute fortune doing it probably.

not sure how up to date this site is but says garies has 208 million shares?

rapheal reduced his share holding by 53.2million so far but based on GST website and these sites garies has increased his holding by 55million.

other peoples thoughts?

The FCA wouldn’t just give extensions to anyone otherwise they wouldn’t have a timeline at all.

The FCA also have a right to refuse an extension. So if they extend it that is material news to me.

An RNS would be expected as the FCA require i material reason and if they are in the minds of investors then they would inform them of the progress like they did with the sandbox application. The company also stated that the pathway could lead with another application to sandbox or straight to authorisation without the next for supervision.

James you’re making assumptions. Where have the company or the FCA said they made an application to the innovations pathway?

The delays were due to unprecedented sickness at the FCA, the FCA confirmed this in their end of year report which i have posted previously. If they were making a seperate application for innovations pathway they would have had to announce it as they would have been in direct discussion with them.

But james imho you need to call up the FCA and ask them, they are really helpful on the phone. they have answered a fair few of my questions but obviously wont give out confidential information but worth a shot.

Innovations pathway isnt about approval its a support programme to help firms navigate the strict FCA regulations to allow them at the end to either go for authorization for thier product or apply to another service like sandbox.

That is the rules shareflyer but the FCA dont follow up on that. Seen it plenty of time over the years. Do you actually think every company on the LSE immediately inform the market when they know information? give me a break.

Yes I agree, but the FCA does not seem to no penalise people issuing RNSs late. I think they will be able to push the RNS out if they want to, can’t remember seeing anyone being punished for releasing an RNS a week after information is know. Also can’t see anything on the FCA website to suggest any outcome, if they would even publish it there. Also the FCA have been well know to be late with these sort of things.
