he had 96,950,000 so looks like he sold to just above the threshold and then brought himself under on friday by selling 4 million shares

so he hasnt really reduced his position much since the 14th november

He is going to want to sell into liquidity and has been very smart. He could have decimated the sp but has sold carefully and I would imagine knows there is further liquidity to come. He has a lot to shift so gradually isn’t a bad thing, he has other interests now and so isn’t a big issue. He could have sold a lot more by now if he wanted to

The sp isn’t down it’s flat based on the past month kat, and on the reverse side couldn’t there be position building do to the face it’s remained flat?

And after pretty much every results RNS I can see there has been a rise as well looking at all the July and December results (including the January one in 2021) there have been decent increases, some substantial. This time round we have made incredible progress since then, I’m going to stick with history and say we are in for an increase due to the below.

Not sure why people are looking at the price action before Results to dictate whether they made the right decision or not. You must have done some research over the past couple of months? If other peoples trades (who have no idea what tomorrow brings) make you chose whether to invest or not then are you even investing?

The sp has remained flat for a month and above the placing price kat, what do you have to say about that?

Someone selling 11k of stock as a single transaction does not have inside information. There are people on here who see that as a drop in the ocean. This is a clearly a leak proof ship, we will see this week

You know as much as anyone else Muldoon, the people selling could be people just like you who are doubting their position and have no idea what’s going to happen and emotionally selling. It means nothing as know one knows what’s going to happen, it could be MMs trying to get emotional people to sell as well by dropping the SP so they can build a position. It could be people thinking they might lower their position just in case, but if you have conviction you will come out on top, people selling now will not be able to buy back in at these prices before results imho, your gut will tell you but don’t let the people selling waiver your choice.

Only just over 10% of applications for MLR status are successful but that information doesnt say how many of them are successful through Innovations pathways. Innvovations pathways isnt a program just for Crypto assets it cover and huge number of products and services so 90% may be true of a large majority of them but not sure if that will be the case for firms applying for MLR at the regulations are literally water tight. But there isnt much data on it so hard to say for certain.

The only thing IMHO is innovations pathway but all the information ive researched so far doesnt lead me to believe this wont be a great outcome but if GST ask for an extension then that might not be seen well but imho even if that was the case in my view that would only be seen as perhaps the FCA saying we will allow it as the end is in sight. This may be due to waiting for the most current acquisitions to go through so that can be considered towards their application. Considering when you take into account the sandbox application, learnings from then and the GS money platform having essentially been in development for 3 years, we have got to be at the very last hurdle.

Monday is also 3 weeks from when i was told by admin at angra global that i would be told the outcome of my KYC they said 2-3 weeks. Ive sent them an email today so we will see monday on that!

New peers have opened up on the GS money Platform with new IP address now coming from Canada and Singapore and even one from Russia! Before they were only from the UK and America! not sure if it means anything yet but first time ive seen IPs from these locations!

I think we will see action more towards the end of the day. People may have been waiting all week to see what the SP does and seeing as it has held expectationally well this afternoon may now seem like a good time to for sidelines ahead of results as the SP has held very well. Let’s see what happens I guess

Let’s not rest our hopes on Monday, they look like they will almost certainly be next week but previously have been on either a Tuesday or on the 20th/21st. But we will certainly hear something next week. Very much looking forward to it
