Antelope,
To your point about Rio, do you see this has a significant risk to EMH's success? Or maybe they see us as a M&A target?
Seems like Rio have confirmed twice our tpa in carbonate amongst other metals and we've confirmed just 25ktpa and doubling that is still in the air. Rio are the big time - second largest mining company according to that article.
Hmm... Original RNS stated "EMH and Deutsche Bank establishing a sponsored Level 1 ADS program with each ADS representing 20 ordinary EMH shares" so, and I'm very likely taking this too literally, does that mean each "share" on the OTC is worth 20x of what the current listed price is so 75p x 20 = £15 converted to USD is $20.72.
I'm honestly have no idea how this works, but it's fun to speculate ahead of the opening bell!
Curious what everyone's thoughts are on an opening price? Is there a calculation based on shares available, market cap etc. or a raw currency conversion from another exchange e.g. ASX?
A little under 2 hours and we'll find out, just wondering how it works really.

Here's the link a copy of the deck: https://www.cez.cz/webpublic/file/edee/ospol/fileexport-s/pro-investory/informacni-povinnost-emitenta/2021-07/20210722_vision2030_en.pdf
Cinovec mentioned on slides 45 & 46, but no "new" news.
Starts at 1300 BST so hopefully some news to follow!
Still hoping for an offtake announcement as many of us are - If CEZ were the one's negotiating with VW/Skoda and that's where the offtake goes, then I would imagine it would be CEZ to make the announcement followed by an RNS from EMH some point thereafter.
Obviously Cinovec isn't CEZ's only clean energy project and I'm not sure whether they consider it a "flagship project", but imagine some good focus on it as it's significant to Europe.
Curious how long after these filings do shares become available to trade on the OTC? Tried to cross reference with the Tata's filing date and when they first started to trade on the OTC and couldn't find any date as a solid reference as they're no longer traded on there.
Only 7 full business days left in July so hopefully they hit their deadline.
... Followed by a gradual fall back to our floor price because of no tangible news relating to EMH.
I mean, my fingers are crossed hoping for some news, but it was a bit of a tease with VWs power day - Fool me once...
Sorry, I'm just keeping my expectations in check!
Blonde, I would say offtake is imminent but I've been thinking that since the start of Q2 and here we are... at the end!
I'm personally looking forward to seeing how the listing on the NASDAQ OTC impacts the share price - Exposure to more retail and mammoth institutional investors must surely cause a comfy rise in value!
Agreed - Thank you, Malik.
I read your post on the EMH board earlier this week with regards to ZNWD and dug a little deeper soon after - Ended up opening a small position (in relation to my EMH position) here on Wednesday just gone.
The reason I opened only a small position was largely due to my apprehension on deposit size in comparison to Cinovec/EMH, but reading your more recent post I should have gone for a little more! Regardless, very much optimistic about both ZNWD and EMH and thanks again for your contribution both here and on Twitter.
Agreed - Very odd if the EU provide US their raw materials given their (likely overly-ambitious) target of 80% locally supplied lithium by 2025... I believe their current figure is 0%!
With the recent news of 2 EU Lithium mines having issues getting the green-light, including Infinity's, it just gets bleaker and bleaker.
Good for us as shareholders of EMH, but for the EU? Not so much.

"Giga Berlin suppliers please accelerate!" ... i.e. EMH get your skates on!
Great spot on the logo change - I guess a picture of the earth with a whopping great drill bit shoved right through doesn't quite give the "Gold standard" ESG rating kinda of message they're looking to convey!
You see one post from someone who admitted they've never posted here before asking specifically for potential risks/negatives and you reckon it's a bot account or someone spreading FUD?
Heavens forbid someone asks questions that goes against the grain here while admitting they're long on it and optimistic - Thought this would be a good place for some level-headed discussions on a specific stock, but guess anything even remotely negative is a conspiracy to crash a stock.
