I can't see CEZ encouraging involvement with Tesla over VW/Skoda - Often think of their quote "Czech lithium in Czech cars" or something like that.

Saying that, we have 49% ownership to play around with and I'd rather that half target Tesla. Tesla will be far more beneficial to the SP than VW would be IMO.

Maybe the lack of marketing/awareness for the project is a sign that KC has no concern with funding and will use other means (EU grants?) to fund to production...

Regardless, a DFS progress update/timeline wouldn't be a bad thing! Starting to wonder if the updated PFS was to buy them more time.

We must be close to the decision from VW on the Czech gigafactory - I recall them saying they'll have a decision in 6months in Q4 21.

Only reason being is that originally it was quoted as Q2 and Keith's most recent interviews are stating "later this year". Obviously reading between the lines here, but seems suspicious that he'd be more ambiguous as to timelines despite being so close.

With regards to the find raising, did they issue new shares to accommodate that or use existing float? If the latter, the chance of share dilution is looking less likely (but not guaranteed)

Keith is on the panel, amongst other project leads from across Europe, and I think this is his most recent media appearance. Apologies if already been shared.

No updates on the project, but just some additional insight. My take away points were:

- Not expecting any issues with recruitment; No shortage in the area of qualified people and some even approaching "cold" from other countries to work on the project
- No against the idea of acquiring more projects (in Europe), but doesn't seem that they're actively pursuing any i.e. keeping an eye out (Even looked at a Cornish tin mine perhaps CUSN/South Crofty, but ultimately didn't buy)
- A lot of hoops to jump through to get EU funding, as expected

Some other bits about the lithium market/demand, but not specific to EMH.

I appreciate your perspective, mrcautious - I guess I'm just a little more agitated as we're hovering around my avg SP.

I'm using this board to vent frustrations and maybe that's not fair to subject others too. I think I'll just set some price/RNS alerts up so I don't feel the need to keep checking the SP so often - That'd probably help!

Bad in my opinion.

Seems other companies are more communicative/active and further away from production than we are. I'd love to blame the elections for the silence, but I don't get the impression that EMH are quite there yet with marketing in general. It's always been pretty quiet, especially so recently. Anyone seen any evidence of that alleged "Extensive marketing campaign" that was touted back in June last year as part of the ADS RNS announcement?

I'm confident we'll all do well here, but the missed deadlines (i.e. opportunities for profit taking) have been kicked down the road and I can't help but realise that my money would've been better invested elsewhere over the short term. This has more or less been sideways for a while with the sporadic rise to £1 over the last 10months. For transparency, I invested last Feb at around 72p and almost one year later I'm still there more or less (added along the way). If each of those milestones (since removed from the investor presentation, might I add) were met, I like to think we'd be trading at a comfortable £1.50 rather than half the value of where we find ourselves now.

Ultimately, I'm still invested as there's value here through either buyout or (preferably) production, just got to keep waiting.

Curious where CEZ got this boogeyman reputation from? Is it their 70% Czech gov ownership? It was my understanding that they were reputable in Europe and one of the largest energy providers.

Without their % project ownership, funding the project may have seen some share dilution to fund raise. Also, if we we're in the same boat with regards to off-takes like we are now (i.e. none), their non-involvement would've made this investment a lot riskier IMO as funding would look bleak.

The recent LCA stated a committment from CEZ to provide 100% renewables for the equipment which helps immensely with ESG.

I think I CEZ were looking to buy us out, then it would happen sooner rather than later and shareholder agreement protects us from a shoddy deal (allegedly).

Do I think they involvement is holding back offtake announcements? Yes, but I'm happy to sit on my hands and wait knowing the risk is reduced overall by their involvement.

Just my 2 pennies, but would like to here some material risk to this investment by caused their involvement besides reduced value due to 49% ownership.

Let's see what comes of the revised PFS based on current market pricing that will be published, and I quote, "shortly".

Are there any examples of a variable discounted price for off-takes with any other suppliers? E.g. We'll sell you x number of tonnes of hydroxide for 10% off market price at the time of supply

Not trying to piddle on anyone's bonfire, but we've been here before: Daily rises of 3-4p to just over £1 then a trickle back down to low/mid 70p. Fool me once...

Like I said, don't want to be a downer as ultimately this share got some legs to it (way beyond £1), but until I see an RNS then I'm reluctant to get excited.
