So wish I shorted this on the last statement where they'd lost their first contract. What's that 3 they've lost now with multi-mulit million pounds. Surely in todays climate no company can survive that, however, at least they've had quite a long lead time on notice so they can restructure accordingly but surely massive layoffs, etc.

Just noticed the RNS saying that a price monitoring extension has been granted for this stock. This was on just a single 3,000 purchase. Also checking out the website the major shareholders account for around 80% ot the total shares in the company with just 20% available on the stock market. Also the price has gone up 6.45% based upon what I can see as this sole trade. Anyone else have any info on this company? The last set of results they published seem good with 33M profit on about 315M. In Q3 2008 they had sales of £63M USD. Will do some more research on this company but I'm concerned on the lack of trading updates recently and worried that they maybe suspended.

No problem, I didn't unfortunately as cash tied up in something else...... grrrrrr! See what I can spot for Monday morning :) As for how this is going to go tough one to call, as they've just been uprated think this will add and I think longer term this should continue upward climb, however, think there will be some initial profit taking at 30% up to start and depends on how much this sell off is! I'm not calling that one!!! lol

In today's "credit crunch" they MAY get it extension from banks if they can prove initial offer and in discussion as they would prefer a sale rather than lose the lot, same as, potentially larger investors. However, they HAVEN'T secured the short term funding they are SEEKING it so at the moment nothing is certain. If you look at BLUE it looked a dead cert that they was going to be bought out by WH Ireland and that fell through for no reason apparent reason yesterday. Just be careful that's all I'm saying. They have results being posted today so that should give a clearer indication to the state of play of the company. If your in big then PERSONALLY I'd sell due to risks. If your in minor and holding then fine. This is high risk in my opinion. I dont have shares BTW.

I see that as bad news. "These discussions also include provision of the necessary short term funding facilities to allow the Company to continue trading through the period needed to complete any formal offer for the Company under the Takeover Code." So I interpret this that they are desperate, they cant even wait for talks to finalise which weakens their bargening position with the potential offerer as well. They are days / weeks away from going to the wall and full results out today by looks of it.

Part announced yesterday as they sold two properties in Basingstoke for around £7m which will help the balance sheet.

I think that's a good open price for the results. 70p perhaps today when it's sunk in???

Looking purely at the last RNS announcements they have made a number of acquisitions recently and then they've followed this with asset disposals, perhaps that part of the business doesn't fit into the plan fair enough but to me that says they've overpaid and not bought wisely otherwise you'd integrate it into your business. Acquisitions are a good way for small companies to increase market share and turnover, etc but once they start down this road usually find that companies HAVE to keep acquiring to be in line with 'market expectations' and there's always a high cost associated with this. Next they specialise in clearing banks, insurance companies etc and they aren't doing all that well at the moment are they and with no information on interim accounts it's very difficult to judge and really dipping into the unknown. Cash is king basis from last annual accounts: - Share issue raised = £964k - Cash from Operations (£138k) - Cash inflow from financing £835k - Into overdraft by (£28k) As of 31st March 2008

First and foremost annual accounts due 31st March by the looks of it. The last Interim statement is very old and was announced on 23rd of May 2008, therefore aren't they breaking the AIM rules for quarterly updates? I know that they have to announce end of year within 6 months and that is at the end of March. Therefore this could be suspended without any notice and you'll be stuck.

Go check out the deal they've announced with MONI today. Lots of activity with over 40 trades and not a single sell. I've posted my research on this company on the BB (you'll have to go back a few pages).

Patience... Look at SEY and what happened to them and now they're moving rapidly. Also on MONI lots of activity and only up a little at the min from 41 buys and 0 sells at the moment but expect this one to rise as well.

Standard Life have just gone long on this with 2.1M shares. They obviously anticipate a bidding war for this one.
