With regards to RGU, I wouldn't go for it at the moment as I think the SP has over absorbed the last good trading update, as you'll see I said I thought would hit 75p and it's surpasssed that (well had yesterday, I hadn't checked it this morning).... more for comparison purposes of there announcement and how well the markets reacted.

Agree - Take a look at RGU and how there share chart has risen over the past few weeks on a good steady climb, I think this has the potential to surpass that - when are there actually results / interims due do you know???

Also go and check out XTR - lots of research on them on the BB's they are about to do first test drill in Turkey which they are doing in such a way it can go straight to full production (Note: Turkey just signed a deal with America for joint energy co-operation). They have very good, regular RNS announcements so lots of info available for them. They also have a large number of fingers in large pies and they all coming together. The best bit is that the SP actually reacts to trades. Its gone from 1.5 to 1.72p within 20 trades which isn't much and included a few sells. Every 5-6 trades price ticks up. If you look at EFD yesterday how that flew XTR has exactly the same potential when the release the Turkey results end of this month. DYOR.

Next tip as people dont seem to have woken up to the serious potential of it..... VELO. I posted a huge RNS announcements summary on them recently and they've just started to move in the past couple of days as people have taken notice. They have just win-after-win-after-win for multi million pound contracts. DYOR and go take a look.

OR are they referring to Euro offer of 21 cents per share as I just automatically assumed this was USD???

Someone help with my maths here as I'm not getting this! They say offer price of 21 cents per share, which is 71% above yesterdays premium. So lets break this down. On expedia they are saying on conversation rate of 07/04/2009 that 21 cents per share = 14p per share in GBP. However, with the price at 0.12 close yesterday, that makes a 71% permium of 0.21p per share. So obviously thats a massive difference..... Is it 0.21p per share offer OR 14P per share offer???? I've worked this out like 10 times before posting on here.

Also they've had two company directors step down (although 1 planned). Also look at the cash situation. They have just £18k left and only £151 overdraft facility. This company looks in trouble BUT it's difficult to tell because of the imparment costs they've had. They surely cant continue with further acquisitions as I already mentioned OR they'll have to have another rights issue (already have 1.2Bn in circulation). Although they have "preliminary" backing from financers and certain shareholder the fact that they issue the statement: "The Board have carefully considered their responsibilities regarding these financial statements and the relevance of the going concern assumption" This is highly worrying to me and too much of a risk. Remember, dont bet what you cant afford to lose.
