The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
I took the (unexpected) opportunity yesterday to increase my holding by just over 90,000 shares in total, raised my average to the mid 16's and slept very well last night.
The Helium (that is seeping out of the ground) is not going to go away, it has taken Millenia for these reservoirs to form and will wait for a few more days/weeks for DM's drill-bit to cut into it/them.
So, I feel that I can wait a little longer without stressing over it, and whether it's on the first attempt (which I suspect will happen) or the third or fourth drill, I really don't mind as I am 'invested' here and I am not gambling!
Oh dear, somebody really doesn't want this share-price to rise does he?
I know that it is stating the bleeding obvious, but I think you are shagged my friend!
Position of previous notification (if applicable) shows nothing, which would indicate a buy, would it not.
Please correct me if that is not right as I don't have time to deep dive previous declarations right now :)
The fact that we are all aware that DM is not simply drilling one hole and hoping to hit HE, but has multiple targets planned, the fact that HE was detected at such a shallow depth (which means it has seeped towards the surface from a greater depth), and the fact that he is now drilling towards the target depth with multiple prospective targets on the way down, implies to me a reasonable expectation of success on this drill.
In this type of exploratory drilling there are too many positive indications to ignore, and I, for one, feel that it is more than worthwhile being invested, so I am raising my average and buying more.
If this initial venture fails I have faith in the geology of the basin to produce, and I am both comfortable and confident in my investment.
Good luck to all holders of this beauty!
Considering the action on ALL markets around the world yesterday, the pullback we saw here can be easily dismissed as par for the course, and comments on this bb by investors whose entire portfolios were in the red can be attributed to what was happening everywhere....
People have to learn patience, and relax a little, yesterday down, today up, that's how it works :)

You should be ashamed of yourself Bunsa....
However have a nice glass of Boschendal Merlot 2016, sit down and reflect upon what you have done and you will feel better (available form any upmarket supplier, or the Sunday Times wine club)
:)
I have nothing against either Mr.Spacetomato or NDn71, and have no interest in whatever it is that they have against each other, however I don't believe that members of this bb should have to bear witness to their childish spat every day.
Take it elsewhere boys, it doesn't belong on this board....please!
SH,
I'm not sure that anyone who knew there was something bad coming would wait until the close to unload, and I always put those down to day-traders and ditherers who don't have the intestinal fortitude to hold them overnight.
IMO, don't worry, we are on an upwards trajectory and will hopefully soon have the results to confirm what we all believe is down there :)
Bunsa, is it actually his job title, or maybe just ****ney rhyming slang? :)))
https://fintel.io/ss/us/hlogf
that may shed some light on it...
That's true, I hadn't thought of that!
However, what I omitted to mention is that I have a very nice, very large, 6 ft 3 in tall husband, who is extremely handy with a shotgun :)))
I have, and fortunately I am not short of space so I can rotate crops every year and add more space to the veggies and fruit if required. I have to say that there is nothing so satisfying as growing, picking and eating your own veg.
Well, if we are deviating in these quiet times towards home-grown produce :)
With the Covid lockdown I seriously expanded what used to be a small vegetable bed, put a lot more effort into preparing the ground, and I am now growing (she said proudly)…..
French Beans, Broad Beans, Pumpkins, Parsnips, Onions, Spring Onions, Leeks, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Peppers, Jalapeno Chilli Peppers, Pak Choi, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackcurrants and the biggest (and best) Elephant Garlic in the south of England.
I steered clear of Brassicas as I got fed up with having to deal with caterpillars, slugs and white fly, so those of you growing these well have my respect.
That's true, and hopefully HE1 will allow us to get even closer......unless of course, he is also invested here :(
FlySea,
Buffet would be the first to admit that he, like all of us, has made the odd mistake in his investment career, ands Carrilion must have stung.....
However, I'm sure you would agree that even with all of our combined wisdom, experience, investment returns, we cannot claim to have had even 1% of what he has achieved! :)
I remember reading somewhere that the one unbreakable rule that he gives people in his investment teams is simply "Do not lose money " and I'd say he has pretty much achieved that.
Until people start to understand the difference between Investing and Gambling you will always see the rush to sell as soon as there is a period of no news while awaiting a target depth to be hit.
These people will soon be gone having lost money again, the share price will soon be back up where it started, and RNS will be released and we will all be very happy with our investment while they kick themselves and wonder what went wrong for them. Hey ho - such is life!
Many thanks, and you too.
It's been pretty good so far, I was fortunate to get in 'reasonably' early and I'm sitting on a 13.37 average, so I am comfortable with the position and the risks.
Good luck to all HE1 holders! As they (always) say, this could be the big one!
Yes, that one not quite such happy memories!
A whole weekend thinking we'd struck it big, Monday morning being told that it was water, lovely.... :(
Mr ST, those were indeed the days....watching RKH drop to the mid to high 30's for no reason before an rns dropped, and then witnessing the shareprice as it climbed to just over £5 in a mater of days. Happy memories :)
J’dad, exactly, and then the ‘beer-money’ investors will be crowing about their expertise in getting in here. I just wish people would realise that ‘Investment’ actually means holding for longer than a few days or weeks, and stop expecting a 10x return to happen immediately.
