Jason Morrissey: ok so that might indicate that they have a "recharging system". The fractures would deplete and they would recharge from the source below. One problem with that is the production would not be continuous as the wells would have to be shut-in as the system fills up again. This would affect economics. I worked on a fractured NG play in British Columbia where a similar process occured. The wells were shut-in for a few months. Fortunately the wells flowed a very high rates when they were recharged, and this was economic to produce

For helium to be discovered there needs to be both production rate to the surface and subsurface volume (I.e., reservoir) sufficient to support a refining plant and long-term contract. It may take 3 or 4 wells to claim a discovery in the case of helium.
While some may disagree, a show of helium while drilling or gas containing helium circulated to the surface does not constitute a discovery, in my professional opinion. I know of many instances where additional drilling and testing did not confirm a discovery.
To clarify a discovery, we have created a “Discovery Worksheet” that includes items like well log calculations, core data, mud log data, test data, offset analog information, etc. Each of these items is weighted and each item gets a score based on quality. For instance, a flow test is weighted higher than mud log data and a flow test at 1 Mmscfd gets a higher score than a test at 20Mscfd. A predetermined score quantifying a discovery is determined prior to drilling to limit bias of the outcomes. In the event a discovery is not confirmed, the worksheet can be used to see what additional data is needed to confirm a discovery.
Keep moaning about Yana (whatever it is) and yet they keep talking to it, about it, and by doing so giving it oxygen.
Let go, ignore it and move on ffs! You are not helping!
Another 200,000 picked up just before close @ 2.42
16p to 20p in stages...too many to sell all at once 😉
Santiago, you are invested in BOIL, TRP and VAST and yet you are having doubts with HE1.
Can I respectfully suggest that the one is more likely to be the stand out winner of your portfolio if you decide to stay the course.
Not just my opinion and not intended as advice, but you will have to make up your own mind, just remember this moment and whatever decision you make!
Littlered66 3.4p
That's an extremely good profit just on what I topped up yesterday 😦
Sheldon, you are clearly still very sore after a loss in COPL and hopefully if nothing else that experience will help your decision making going forward. However you cannot allow that to colour your judgement for all future trades, or you will never latch onto any of the markets winners.
You now have in front of you what appears at this stage to be potentially one of the biggest opportunities in AIM that's come along for many years.
If you are genuinely a potential investor then you should investigate this one fully and not just sit on the side lines spouting the general derampers nonsense.
Take the opportunity to at least arm yourself with the facts!
My final buy was at 1.73 so I was quite pleased with that....onwards and upwards this week!
I've made 3 buys this morning, none of which showed as anything other than sells, so even with the shoddy system of recording which we already know about, but I am not sure any of this mornings sells can be accepted at face value.
Go on Cricket81, take one for team, we will all appreciate your sacrifice 😉
With a first post like that there won't be many people who are interested in hearing your 2nd one.
Onsolid, I agree it will come when it comes and to use a very wise saying "Only worry about the things you can affect"
I'm happy to sit patiently, but then I do have 4.2m reasons to be cheerful 😉
On a beautiful confirmation RNS appearing on Monday morning?
We can hope I suppose, even though I believe most LTH's here are prepared to wait for as long as it takes it would be good to have it sorted early and move on to the next phase.
If the share price gets to 10p and we then have a 10 for 1 share consolidation... that would give us the £1 figure 😦
Just wait.....patiently!
.
That just throwing ridiculous numbers for future SP's of HE1 has no effect on the share price, it doesn't incentivise people to rush to the buy button, it just makes you sound desperate and rather daft.
Please give it a test, wherever we get to in terms of share price will be decided by a lot of factors that are totally out of your control so lets leave it to the CEO and others to steer it shall we?
Good point Craig, will adjust my thinking there. What price level (In your opinion) might we be looking/hoping for in that situation, and idea?
Expecting to pick up a prize like HE1 for anything less than 500m -750m, and I suspect that in that range it would still be thought cheap considering the potential rewards here, and even at that price we would be talking 10p to 20p per share.
Thoughts?
Basil, it must have felt good hitting the buy button on that one!
