Molyhill finance and off take last I heard is due in December - just like ROCK we may soon see the placing stock flipped and if that happens it will break 0.3 and run back upto at least the 0.6/7 range it was trading before the placing drama. If Molyhill finance is announced its another run away like ROCK and a few others

I’m also sure investors that have made money in ROCK will be transferring into Thor at these levels in the coming weeks

There is talk about COPL meeting with Essar this week and continuing now the Indian holiday is over.
I'm not sure there is truth in this as the volumes would be a lot higher if true.

The market cap and chart is attractive after the 2x 500k placings at 0.1

I notice LekOil are going to get their licence back - their market cap is £25m and secured a £12m debt facility
I attended the 1-2-1 oil & gas event this week and Africa Oil Corp are very excited about their project in Nigeria in the coming months.

I can easily see COPL doing a EUA, PREM or VAST from these levels - if news is RNS'd or shorts close (yes big IF)

I believe Sam Garrett brought the project to ECR - he is the guy that found Haverion for GGP and look what happened to GGP/Haverion - Newcrest mining came in with a deal after their initial drill hole and are currently drilling there aggressively.

Obviously this project is known within Australia and a listed company is interested in a Farm-In?
Well that means they will give us £ for a % of the project and will drill. If not them then others will be interested too

Well said Arron but you really in the minority with that view.
Most people who invest want to see 10-300% rises within a few weeks or months max.

This rose from 1.7p to 8/9p in a very short period of time. People took profit and summer came, liquidity dried up and there were more sellers than buyers and we fell to 3p.

I can see this easily at 4.5p within September and so anyone wanting a return from 3.4p to 4.5+p now is the time to buy before newsflow, if they have more patience it will go higher but most will sell to new buyers at that level..the company is moving in the right direction and is full funded and unlike most companies at this level wont need to come back to market for funds but will raise like they did at a high level if they ever do as bigger companies could take positions seeing the potential DISH has within its market place.

The 45K @ 3.48 is my buy yesterday for example. The amounts are within a wide spread.Some are building positions whilst others are selling to help them. The spread is wide as the market makers are worried about news and real volume. At the moment it is more about soaking stock that is being sold before September newsflow.

A few weeks ago you could ell at below 3p - now you can sell above 3.3p....soon it will be high 3's.

Im buying but buying slowly not to help sellers too much. A few days ago i also bought 51K at 3.89 but not concerned.

The week just gone is basically the last week of summer months when the city and goes away and news released is wasted. Alot of companies and news will come in the following weeks and DISH I believe will release alot of newsflow now summer is finished. I will still be buying within the spread next week and Im sure unless the MM's tighten it they will show up as red and people will be fearful they are all sells.

Look at the prices and amounts and see whether they are buys or sells (generally).

I cant defend Arthur or the COPL communications, except and it's a thin except....Nigeria isn't an easy place to do business and public communications can cause problems there with progress. Yes we are a public company yes Arthur has a duty to communicate with his owners (us) but I see these levels as an opportunity despite Arthur and because of him.

Like I said above I've no idea looking at the chart and news why COPL traded 1 billion shares in July, if anyone knows I would appreciate as I'm buying at present.

I notice Oil and other commodities were up yesterday and this morning so fingers crossed.

Conservative in my thought.

I will be buying a lot more to any weak selling at these levels and below the placing price is a no brainer.
Buy slowly to soak each sell and wait rather than rushing in large amounts. I see a spike in September let alone 3 months and if the share price went to 0.18 with 1 billion shares traded in a week's period early July it will happen again sooner than you think, but time will tell.

I've no idea why it traded 1 billion shares in a week but the market let it happen and those that bought in on that rise will be looking at the current share price now summer is over and averaging down. That sparks momentum and others buy for fear of news and missing out.

Buy when others fear, especially now the company is funded for at least 3 months. A lot can happen in 3 months and they cannot raise again even they want too.

500m shares were placed at 0.1 a premium to today's price - I would say 600m shares traded since the 21st August (terrible time to raise). 400m sells? Wont take much to get back to 0.1 and then the pressure is off.

28th May they raised 500m shares - didnt take long for those to be flipped and absorbed in June into new buying.
Then the 1 billion shares traded in early July - I believe that will happen again without news from Arthur.

Imagine he does have news like he's suggested many times (delay's happen and yes I hear most saying dream on...regardless of news this will rise from these levels just as a trading opportunity in my opinion).

Once the new broker commission shares are flipped this will move back above 0.1 - remember its free shares for finding the company capital.

COPL is high risk but at this level and m/c level the reward is more than the risk in my opinion.

Watch the chart and Im sure people were selling end June at these levels before within a two day period the share price rose to 0.18/19

My best guess will be a slow rise to 0.1/0.11 and then mid September-end Sept there will be a spike without news. With news and yes you'd fall off your chair if there was it will explode as COPL has never had an issue with liquidity.

Note Arthur has now used his 20% authority for this year and so will need an EGM to approve more. As he and the board do not hold enough it maybe a struggle to get this past. Therefore there is an opportunity in the next 1-2 months from the 0.09 level.

I also think August is a month alot sell and the market become less liquid, harder to keep a share price stable. September the city and brokers return - more next week than this.
