Agreed no placing - its what the market and MM's thrive on - pushing down the price to squeeze out panic sellers or day traders before taking it up quickly. It's not huge value either way at this stage - market makers have now switched and bidding for stock. Games in my opinion.

Look forward to the wind fabrication and other contracts which are multiples of the market cap. This year we will be ebitda positive!

I'm sure JW will be gutted with the price reaction and working towards surprising the market shorts or traders. It's natural he cannot buy stock as constantly inside and wont have a control on MM's and traders selling. What he can do is constantly put newsflow out by RNS and undertake interviews like lse and presentation evenings like in a few weeks time.

The debt facility will take out any need for a capital raise and dilution will harm the company and he knows that. Now they have confirmed contracts and revenue in place they can use that if required with financial institutions.

100/1 consolidation under SK as a Director plus raising more than double the market cap £ in the last few years alone without adding project value to excite the wider market to keep the price above 2p.

How much cash do they have at bank now...note they've taken on debt which needs to be serviced and the board costs are huge for a small cap without income. James and Scott are on over £400k pa between them and there are other Directors and listing fees, PR fee's etc before any money is spent on projects...

They hoped the 1.6p warrants would be exercised over 2p and now the market has turned against them without buyers on market.

The risk here like most small caps is a capital raise and Align would probably support and ave. down only to flip and keep the warrants just in case.

Even removing SK probably wouldn't help as his contract would be expensive.

There is the possibility of a surprise RNS success and a bounce if you believe they dont need money but high risk and will be sold into by disgruntled shareholders and probably now even the major holders since the wider market has turned

But I believe at some point it will come and saw on another platform Mr Wood is in Lithuania this week…2+2 makes 10…let’s see but we have seen a bounce a few times from 13/14p and Kavé Sigaroudinia has increased on market at these levels to 6% of the company.

Maybe you should rebuy in with double/triple the shares sold - MOD and other contracts due any day - 13/14p seems a great entry to me

RNS 4th April:

A JORC resource capable of supporting a mining operation, along with the formal approval of an EIA and an SIA, are the necessary precursors to an application for a Mining Licence in Greenland. TBS currently benefits from a maiden Mineral Resource of 19Mt with an in-situ ilmenite grade of 8.9% and awaits the assessment by mineral sands experts IHC Mining of the 249-hole follow-up drilling programme undertaken in the summer of 2021. These three undertakings will be the key building blocks in fast tracking TBS in the mine development process.

You have to seriously ask yourself...would the MOD have sold a ship that has parts to refurbish M55 if there wasn't some form of agreement forthcoming?

RNS: Should the Company be awarded the regeneration programme for the M55, such spare parts and components on the HMS Atherstone will be utilised during the regeneration programme of the M55. Strange with what has happened in the past two years but I have the feeling in this weak wider market that HARL is one of my better investment opportunities sub20p.

Seems any negative impact around the results has finished with results better in 2022
and we have a TR1 holder willing to buy any loose stock at 14-16p and maybe even higher.

There is a serious squeeze on stock with movement from 13 to 15p on such little value buying and with any positive news - imagine a bigger contract lands or IM resolves.

Not sure that can be true as they would need to announce a deal for a third party to drill and cannot hold onto the current Diamond drill assays for longer than regulators would allow. Simply put LC and POW are waiting for the assays to return from busy labs and then interpret.

POW and KAT will talk about Haneti when the assays start to come which wont be long. Have they partners and discussions behind the scenes waiting for these assays, yes I would imagine that more likely.

Understandable but I'm sure Blyvoor will surprise us all in the not too distant future and the squeeze will be fun from these levels. Nominal value is 1p and Kibo will not vote to reduce that with their 20% stake.

If it benefits a Director it also benefits a shareholder. Its a positive rather than a 'kickback'.
Shows the Directors have the ability to raise non dilutive capital into the business. To raise £900k for 10% is amazing.
Usually AIM and Main list companies undertake discounted capital raises and flood the market with new shares....meaning its harder for the share price to rise.

There is a squeeze on stock and the market is looking for sellers.
Any news on recycling and TM1 goes a lot higher as a result of todays news. Money into the balance sheet is always important.

If it pulls back to 3p I'm a serious buyer and I'm sure others will be looking for an entry after today.

Amazing news and 3p is a serious entry buy price. Great confidence to the market the company can recoup £900,000 without dilution and access to future non-dilutive funds.

Market makers will be scrambling for stock today and fingers crossed a short/borrow was taken out thinking the company would do a discounted placing. Let the fun begin!

Hard to buy volume under 3p now. Bodes well for a move to 3.5-4p on any news flow.

I would guess results next week. Paul Johnson (PO) is doing a presentation on Wednesday evening and so today, tomorrow or maybe Tuesday after the bank holiday before assay results and the buying today under 0.8 is a clue for me

Think we maybe surprised with the other commodities at Haneti.
Nickel is ok but if we hit Lithium, Platinum or Cobalt the share price in my opinion run along way north on a squeeze!

The market is missing the Platinum group metals opportunity as we've focused our PR on Nickel

Assays cannot be far away from Haneti and the m/c is such the share price will move very quickly.
Especially as their nominal value is 1p (cannot raise under) and they raised capital to drill Haneti at 1p and we are sitting at 0.75/0.8p.
