NetScientific assumes 8.15% stake in PDS Biotechnology

NetScientific said its ownership of the enlarged PDS Biotechnology Corporation not amounted to 8.15%.

The stake was valued at around £4.1m, based on the listing price on 18 March of $10 per share.

'It is the company's intention to hold the shares and to make a decision on its position in due course,' NetScientific said.
