AB - MTL is now lower risk than it was 3 months ago when Runruno was the only asset we had which had a diminishing LoM of 2 years. We now have La India, Dupax (potential Runruno LoM extension) and Abra which has a huge resource but a 10 year timeline.

Simms - The pricing was set in 2022 when the stock price was much lower. The pricing needs to be set at a level where the rewards for the the individuals are significant and achievable. If Darren does achieve his ambition of a £2 billion market cap then he should be handsomely rewarded as, in this scenario all holders will do very well. Let's not try to nickel and dime our management, the idea is to incentivize them.

Bob - The condor option/warrant holders have no voting rights on these instruments until/unless they are exercised and converted into shares. However, the company needs to issue the stock in case they are exercised.

Bob - The warrants and CNR options are not a bad thing for the company, yes there is some dilution (which is included in the RNS), but if either are exercised the company gets cash for the shares/warrants. I don't think this is the kind of dilution we should be worried about. When La India comes good the dilution will be peanuts.

Bob - Also the treasury shares are not new shares. They were put in treasury after the share buy back from a major investor last year.

Bob - At the moment they have no rights, however, it's useful to have them sitting on the shelf incase the board comes across an opportunity that can be financed with shares. In this case the board would not have to go to the shareholders for a vote. Then the shares would be taken out of treasury and given the rights of any other ordinary share. At that point they would be included in the share count. But for now they can be ignored.

Bob - Also, treasury shares have no voting rights.

Bob - The treasury shares are just sitting on the shelf and are not counted within the denominator for any stock related calculations. The important number is 2,571,926,177.

I have thought for a while that one of our biggest risks would be losing Darren. It's good to see they have slapped the golden handcuffs on him with a major stock option award. Well done the board!

AB- Just a personal feeling. Couple of days after the conference, once people have had a chance to do some research, then I would expect some buyers to appear.

Having accused CK of going for the sympathy vote he immediately goes for it himself. May have been a big wig on the CNR board but he is an unpopular nobody here. I for one will be happy when he sells up and clears off.

@adam the previous management were very poor and almost drove us out of business. Thank god Candy recognized this and hired Darren. One thing about Darren is he is very conservative with resource estimation. He has underground mining experience and will only build an underground mine if it makes sense financially. The great thing about all of this is if Darren says Nicaragua is a 5 million oz district, it's probably 10 million oz - Good luck

@adam Yes, the resources were JORC compliant but they were included in the previous managements reserves estimates. Darren removed the 330k oz from reserves pretty early in his tenure, due the grade and mining difficulty. I expect you would need to go back at least 5 years to find information on it. I expect the 54m that he refers to relates to the agreement for extra payments from Runruno following the termination of our "difficult" investor. I don't know at what POG Malilibeg would become viable, but as Darren does not include it in the reserves I would not count on it ever being mined. Have better prospects in Nicaragua! - Good luck

@adam Malilibeg is uneconomic. There is 330k oz reserves there but it requires underground mining and Darren decided the resource is uneconomic to mine so it will not be exploited. GLA bar 2
