If you are waiting for institution investors, I'm afraid you will be waiting a long time. Many are prevented by their charters/mandates from investing in penny stocks. Fresh liquidity will come in the future from new retail investors (once we appear on their radar) and perhaps index or ETF funds like GDXJ. If we achieve Darren's ambition of joining the FTSE in 2028 then that will really increase liquidity.

Broomtree - Treasury shares are considered issued but not outstanding. Shares held in treasury are still officially issued share capital, the holder being the company.

1) The shares were already in issue, held in Treasury, so were not "issued" as you say.

2) The shares were bought back from a shareholder at 5p and sold at a profit for 6p.

3) Equity financing is better than debt as it carries no repayment obligation and provides extra working capital that can be used to grow a business.

I for one will be glad when you are sold up and gone!
