Apologies if this has already been covered - my understanding of the timeline for events as it stands COP today is

1. JB at 8.66% (due RNS 01.09.20) leaving 9 days @ 1% = 0% on Friday 11.09.20
2. From the date of the vote: If JB wins and starts buying at 20p or less @ 1% per day then 29% owned 29 days later (approx. 6 weeks) from date of vote - date TBC
3. RNS today re Update on Requisition of General Meeting states it will post a notice of General Meeting containing the valid resolutions of the Requisition Notice by no later than Thursday 17.09.20.
4. 30.10.20 as per Amended Voluntary Agreement with FCA the company should reach a position where all complaints are dealt with appropriately within 8 weeks.
5. 18.12.20 extension of securitisation facility performance trigger waiver period ends.
6. New lending by end of year

Please could anyone tell me if there are any other important dates missing from here.

All the shenanigans behind the scenes with the big companies moving around their positions, longs and shorts daily - seems like they are trying to obscure the picture to the less experienced of us......or maybe it’s just me that’s confused :) either way I am here from originally 18p and averaged up to 24p so am happy to see where this ends - hoping for 50-60p. Hello everyone - I have been holding these for only a few months and very new to this. Been reading this BB for some time and initially came in at 18p and averaged up to 25p in June. Definitely feel positive about this and didn’t concern me when it went below my ave. (probably because I didn’t understand the debt burden then - thankfully :) ). I understand there is a cut off date for offers by 1st Sept and I wondered if the fact AA put out the RNS without the approval of the potential offerors means anything strategy wise. Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Hello everyone, I am also a newbie on here with a small holding at 16.5p ave and have been reading your posts since this came out of suspension and just wanted to say thanks to all the people on here who have helped me research and decide to invest in this company. Initially bought at 13p and have averaged up to 16.5p (small holding compared to most of you). There are some great characters here that kept me sane today and I even managed to top up a little......not much dry powder in the keg but managed a bit. I hope Septil Lil will be accepting of another female in the group.....albeit without her unique charm :)
