Hi all - been some time since I last posted and good to see all the familiar shipmates are still onboard :) - great RNS after COP yesterday.

Here is a Russian news article dated today (someone posted on Twitter) which has been translated to English below -

MOSCOW, March 27 - PRIME. International mining Eurasia Mining plc buys 75% from a subsidiary of Rosgeologia for 500 thousand dollars for the implementation of joint projects to search for metals in the Murmansk region, the Russian company said in a statement.

"Rosgeo JSC and Evrazia Mining plc have signed an agreement providing for the implementation of a number of joint projects for platinum group metals, copper, nickel and cobalt in the Murmansk region," the message reads.
"Within the framework of the pilot project, Eurasia Mining acquires a 75% stake in a junior company part of Rosgeologia Holding for the amount of $0.5 million with an additional payment (Earn-out) based on the results of stock calculation according to JORC standards and fulfillment of other conditions," the release adds.
At the same time, Evraziya Mining will receive a call option to buy back the remaining 25% of Rosgeologia's share in the joint venture after calculating stocks according to JORC standards.

The operational management of the joint venture and the pilot project will be allocated to Eurasia Mining. In turn, Rosgeologia will invest the accumulated experience and competencies in the joint project, including geological exploration and geological consulting services that will allow you to get the effectiveness of your partner's investments in the project.
As the head of Rosgeologia Sergey Gorky noted, whose words are quoted in the release, the agreement creates significant potential for increasing the commercial contract base for geological exploration for divisions of the company's north-western division.
"We are pleased to significantly expand our portfolio of assets on the Kola Peninsula by adding subsoil areas adjacent to our current Monchetundra project and creating a unique platinum group metal mining area here," added James Newvenheis, CEO of Eurasia Mining.

Hi MrYFronts - thank you for your explanation it is much appreciated. I shall have another look through the RNS’ with regards resources/reserves.

My feeling is still that as EV’s and green technology demand increases, which use PGMs in their components, then the value of PGM’s increase, which in turn will then make previous resources more attractive to being drilled to prove economic viability. If we know the resources are there then it’s just a matter of PGM value to extraction cost. As there are NDA’s in place it may be that we are not in possession of all facts since FSP initiated and possible more investigations have been done in order to prove up reserves particularly with the increasing value of the resources we know are there.

Hi all - I don’t post very often but after skimming over last nights verbal tennis I was struck by the argument of the definition of resources vs reserves - I am no mining expert and find this board to be a good place to pick up certain bits of information/terminology and then research and form my opinion on how this may affect my investment, so this is a genuine question.

Surely with the price of PGM’s etc. increasing due to higher and higher demand for the foreseeable, the commercial viability of the resource increases making the reserves % higher, ergo the resources increase to become reserves as they become more commercially economic to extract - is anyone able to confirm this or let me know where I am misunderstanding?

Also increased my holding yesterday (averaging up slightly), time on my side (please God) and happy to top up further if price and funds allow. Saw this drop as an opportunity :)

Hoping for an update re FSP by 17th Feb which would be a lovely birthday treat and also good news re reduction in Covid cases and vaccinations moving apace globally so that, at the very least, a holiday can be on the horizon after a horrendous year for us all - GLA

From today’s AZN RNS -
AstraZeneca is working with its global partners to continue building manufacturing capacity of up to three billion doses of the vaccine globally in 2021 on a rolling basis, pending regulatory approvals . The vaccine can be stored, transported and handled at normal refrigerated conditions (two-eight degrees Celsius/ 36-46 degrees Fahrenheit) for at least six months and administered within existing healthcare settings.

Just a percentage of these numbers as confirmed orders........2021 going to be a great year for the world and also ODX holders IMO

What I don’t understand is Dr Cave is not on the BOD but is a large shareholder whose holdings will also be diluted. Why is he not permitted to use social media to express his concerns? He must’ve had legal advice before making his move yesterday so is this just pea****s showing their feathers.

Also no mention of machine delivery so can assume everything going to plan on that front IMO

If we don’t get an RNS today then I am confident there are no more delays and machine should be on its way to Nottingham tomorrow and delivery next week and with borders for freight opening again this should be delivered as planned.

Also update on Volz Group mask certification and subsequent 0.5m order could come at any time.

Until we know anything for sure volatility is going to be the order of the day but am sitting and waiting because I am confident that this product is going to be huge and when it does if you are not in you will be paying a much higher price than now as price will move up rapidly IMHO

With just days before we gets news the Lemu mask making machine departing on 24th it will hopefully be a lovely Christmas Eve and look forward to production in Jan, at which point we will probably all be in lockdown and will need these masks more than ever.

#Laverockbank69 totally agree. Definitive news in Jan and this will rise but instability until then. During this time I am happy to top up and managed to top up a few more at 1.897 on Friday.

Everyone thought this virus was on its way out imminently due to vaccines. In reality this is going to be around for a long time yet and poorer countries even longer. If Volz deal comes off I can see this mask being manufactured on two sites i.e. UK and Germany, increasing production capacity massively. Once Christmas is out of the way and COVID still rampant in Jan, variant strains of COVID emerging , along with confirmation of orders and production numbers, this price will be a distant memory as will be up near the 5-7p level.

We know they have employed a consultant for Business Development and sales and marketing in relation to Pharm 2 Farm, who has elected to receive shares in lieu of of fees, locked in until 1st August 2021.

Patent applied for and awaited

Time to either top up or sit on hands and wait just a few more weeks.

I also spoke to HL twice last week - 1st time was told to hold until market opens on 11th. I then looked into it further and thought ex-div means trading without div attached and also trades are T+2 meaning trade date + 2 days to settle. This means if you sell today the trade settles on Monday 14th, resulting in still being on register as holder on 11th (record date). I then rang HL and spoke to them a second time and they confirmed this and I was told you can sell on ex-div date and still receive div.

I have had two different answers from HL from the same question. I decided that my research was correct and selling today would mean I am still on the register as holder on 11th as trade settles on 14th.

This is not advice just my experience. Please DYOR.

Good morning all on the first frosty morning so far in my neck of the woods.

Good to hear JT Mac is recovering well and hope you are fully better soon.

Was just thinking how I wake up in the mornings these days with little frisson of anticipation of ‘The’ RNS and what that may mean for my family depending on the price (at yesterday’s closing price we will still have a fabulous dream holiday when we are all allowed to travel again). I am looking forward to the news but also confess will be a little disappointed once it is done (no more frisson LOL).

.....meant to add the £14.6m cash held by LOAC, now DDDD, has not been factored in hence the rise in price once volatility in market calms IMO - DYOR

Good evening everyone. I have been holding here for a few months and noticed closing price on Friday was 86.9% of the £1.10 LOAC merger price (18% premium). As our share of the company is now 86.9% (LOAC’s = 13.1%) this feels like a reasonable base level.

Can see this moving north from here and up into the £1.20’s again next couple of weeks.

Good evening everyone. I have just been reading up on the BB and noticed the comment regarding West Kytlim 68%.

Meanwhile our mine at West Kytlim is now owner operated. Running the mine ourselves has created synergies and efficiencies particularly in the project's geological and concentrate upgrade functions. Our Definitive Feasibility Study for the project's resources, contracted to GIP (see RNS 18 August 2020) is on schedule and the new Tipil license Area (24.5km2) is aimed at further increasing the life of mine. West Kytlim is now a sustainable and long-term low cost PGM resource in the Urals, where again we have established a dominant stance.

Looking on the RNS from Sept ‘20 it says we are now owner operated. Who owns the other 32% please?

Also any idea when we may get the DFS report?
