@Gloria , I heard on one of those NHS Podcast on Spotify , and also they have done a case study in Belgium, They doing Cyp2c19 test for most of the patients but they sending to the lab which taking ages that’s the challenge they discussed on podcast , I will try to find and post here .

You must be thick or a guy with some sort of learning difficulties.. number of posters explained that ‘ Lab testing is preferred way” in the usual circumstances, but Here the issue is ‘Genetic testing’ , no enough resources to process or interpret the results and minimum 2 weeks timeframe , This is not good in emergency settings , Thts where POC comes into the picture.

One of the web comment on NICE doc ,

2nd thing is , NHS would like to push the genetic testing through the community pharmacies without involving the lab.

This project is in progress across different NHS sites , I have been told they are comparing 1 POC and lab test . That one POC is could be Genedrive or Genomadix , you figure it out .

AIHL is the novel test and the scenario is different to CYP2c19 testing , Not here to convince you Slacker or saint .

You are missing the point , Lab test is preferred anyway , but they are already overloaded and only be used non emergency.. very soon they will be testing wider population and more alleles where GDR test will come handy .. are you into health sector ?? You would understand if u are
