The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I didnt realise you were in charge of the hiring and firing Andy, no wonder you are so self important.
How does one get such power over a company, you must own a lot of shares! I'll just check major shareholders on the site...
No, it is very clearly stated that no shareholder is to receive special treatment. Be in on price or any other measure.
It's clearly stated that in the case of going over 30% it is the highest price paid for any share in the last 12 months. It's not the highest price the buyer paid.
I must say I find the direction of the lies very encouraging. But this stock loves to punish.
All the information is available on the london stock exchange website, It's a very simple search. I would refer to that rather than anything you read on here.
I mean none of that is correct. It's all available online. It seems dont trust anything people tell you on here, including me!.
I'd doubt Poly will go over 29%, it's not their MO (with exceptions) and no one else is even on the radar, let alone within striking distance. So it's all irrelevant.
In that circumstance, it is over 90% for the decision to be taken out of your hands. But they do have to offer all shareholders the 12 month high, which personally I'd be taking.
Yeah, no one forced you to invest. Infact you (like all of use) were trying to get rich when others were suffering and dying.
Take. Responsibility. For. Your. Own. Actions.
If it was so obvious that the trial would fail, why were you invested?
I mean the market will see it as a sign to sell. But it's not necessarily reflective of SNG.
Well, see what poly do.
See what we get in terms of an update from SNG about the product.
Going to be a bumpy ride today though.
Fantastic post.
It was a fantastic price on friday last week with all the information to hand back then and was also a risk worth taking.
People should not beat themselves up about the decision to be involved at that time at that price. But then as in now we were taking a risk and we just saw the wrong side of it.
The board did not make anyone here invest, so people maybe should stop blaming them for their own decisions and risk management. They have some answers to give operationally but I personally dont hold them responsible for my 'change in wealth' on monday. I would rather they took time and came back with something useful for the future rather than excuses of the past.
I think Poly have the ability to assess the new lasndscape and leave the old behind and as such are loading up at prices that again offer a good risk : reward.
