I think thier actions just before P3 results were all great. It was absolutely the right things to do.

They just got the trial sizes wrong, three times. Thats all they got wrong, but it's the most important thing (after creating a formula that works).

Yeah, what worries me is that if its price sensitive, they really should have notified us. Unless they can justify it by saying the deep dive isn't complete until the day before yhe presentation.
