The persistent seller is the wife of a con-man who's unloading 14.5 million shares under a structured sale agreement. They will, eventually, be out of shares to sell.
I don't feel the "company" can be held responsible for misleading on multi-big success. Eric has put forward his disappointment with the current SP and his recently deceased colleagues aim to see it at the 40 pence mark, however I think he's is realistic about situation in almost every interview I've seen him in.
The PR could be better. That's a no brainer. But PR costs money. Money which could be spent on research and development. I'm not sure I'd trade PR for credit raises...
Not surprised whatever rag he's working for is keen to drum up some manufactured outrage. Don't care to sit and watch the video, but here is the post giving away the boots, which were custom designed and made by some artist:

Not for me, but whatever.
The telegraph also reported about the "LGBT-themed Dr Martens’ boots – which are being given away as a single pair in the US and not mass-produced"
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2023/08/01/dr-martens-queer-joy-boot-trans-mastectomy-scars/
The actual story in question is about a single, customised pair of boots being given away - not a "range of boots" like you've said.
Regardless of one's opinions on taste and gender politics, it should be noted that the target audience for Bud Light & Doc Martens are completely different beasts. The alt crowd is already doing the heavy lifting on Doc margins
Probably a non-issue for a non-story, but we will see
Kinda old news and not super useful to people (like me) that are idiots who don't understand science.
Still, I can't see anybody disputing the science in theory, it's just if it works in practice. If there is something here, and we start seeing successful trials, this is going to be a very wild ride to the top.
I had hoped we would see 10p this year. I fear that is becoming unlikely with the damp squibs of recent developments and the slowing of the news - I would love to be proven wrong, however.
Still in for a good chunk of change and will continue to happily buy-in anything sub 2.5p - this could be a true once in a lifetime opportunity
Nobody in Gen Z is going to swap docs for Solovair. The brand is the image, and it still sells. You're talking about a company that probably pushes 5 million in revenue, vs one that's punching 1 billion.
Happy for you if you made the profits you want, but I wouldn't be making my investment choices based on feelings, just the facts & the numbers.
FYI, Docs ended their "for life" range around 5 years ago, basically admitting that they are now throw-away products. They have since doubled, almost tripled, their revenue.
Nobody goes to Trust Pilot to compliment a company, especially not one as large as Dr Martens.
Saying that, nobody can argue that the quality of the shoes over the years hasn't decreased substantially, but the issue is viewing the products of today with a lens of the past. Nothing is made well any more - fashion is fast (and crap) and things do not last like "in the good old days".
As it stands, the Docs of today are fine in the line-up of what else is available en-masse. They are no worse than any other product made by other companies, but they still retain the brand appeal and "it" factor that the majority of people actually shop for. I'm sure boot purists will shout the benefits of switching to Solovair or Red Wing, but in reality, the people buying Doc products today aren't doing so for the build quality...
ARV let loose a rare twitter update
https://twitter.com/ArtemisResource/status/1684944231465443328?s=20
Confirmation they are currently on the ground hunting for lithium
24hrs+ isn't unheard of
They recently got into trouble for not reporting results on the ASX when the GRE joint venture stuff first landed, and the stock shot up 50%. Still took them almost 10 hours to stick a letterhead on and report the latest, even on the ASX.
RNS in the morning? Lucky to have it shown here before lunch time.

Trending down again on the ASX, probably see the same reflected here.
The silence is killing the momentum on this. Also, getting into trouble with the ASX for the lack of transparency around the results at GRE probably hasn't helped.
Gosh, if ARV squander this opportunity to actually do something, I'm going to flip my lid
I really hope we hear something about the company direction soon. It's very likely to explore the lithium we will see another CR (assuming the last one has already been spent)
In a perfect world, they have already pivoted and are ready to start releasing plans on how best to capitalise on the very large tenements they have in the area. In an imperfect world, they are drawing up plans to sell assets at bargain-basement prices to other exploration companies
Time will tell.
Barely any chance of profit taking at those levels. I still think it's probably something to do with structured sale of the 14.5 million shares, possibly.
Great chance for people to top up! Bit sad as I only just took another 200k @ 2.3 :(
Something looks to be cooking up. Fingers crossed
