I don't think a delivered JV is priced in, this mcap is real last chance saloon levels. I think the priced in expectation is failure.

I think we're all here with fingers and toes crossed but the likelihood of delivering a JV in Q3 is fast approaching a snowflakes chance in hell. Placement, dilution, sold for pennies etc. sounds a lot more likely at this stage
