Maybe people don't care about dilution. I've seen the common investor screwed too many times by dilution so just hope it won't be the case here.

Whatever fanciful interpretations are given, another dilutive capital raise is awful for current private investors.

I believe you are mistaking pence with pound, in both cases. Nobody is expecting 68p when the share hasn't traded above that since 2021

£0.0068 is 0.68p

(£2.13m/£310m) = £0.00687096774

£0.00687096774 ≈ 0.68 pence

It might help if you consider that 0.68p is 2/3rds of a penny, a penny is a 100th of a pound. 2.13 is roughly 2/3rds of 3.1, which again is a 100th of 310

Or just look up the final market cap at 0.31p per share, which was 0.95million

Similar to my own. I think I'm slighter higher on my S&S ISA vs my SIPP, but probably around the 1.6/1.7 averaged together. I'm just shy of 1m, so my current loss is not as substantial, but I am still not very happy with the recent dip below 1p - it definitely stings

Re: the trading remark - I will always assume anonymous strangers online are lying, so always take the "averaged down with trading" remarks with a healthy pinch of salt. Most traders lose money, but you'd never know it reading this board! :)

Being in the fractions of a penny club means 10%+ swings both ways become pretty normal.

I'm surprised you own over 1% of a company that has only dropped in value since IPO, and yet maintain a good average.

I guess what is a good average is up for debate, I would expect many longer holders to be north of 2p, or 1.6p at the very least.

Yea, happens from time to time. Being around an all-time low, it's probably as good an entry point as any, but it's still crazy how quickly the pumpers come and go.
