Yeah I don't think you could define us LTHs as rampers. We're far too nuanced for that, as you will see from us having a moan at the PR, the way the RNSs are often written, the branding, the fact we're still on AIM, etc; whilst at the same time being totally in awe of the brilliance of Fortune & the BOD in executing such amazing deals in line with such a genius strategy; and being super excited about the future of vanadium and VRFBs.

calamari - I know I've defended you all day but if you're honestly not going to give us any numbers behind your assertion you probably should **** off, cos otherwise it really is just deramping.

Broadly fair observations there. Agree with 1, 2, and 5.

3 & 4 makes less sense given how billions are being spent on VRFBs around the world right now, with more in the pipeline of course.

6 - I don't believe this should a cause for concern. There's loads of companies with dual listings / planning to have a dual listing. This will resolve itself shortly.

7 - This is annoying but it's such a minor factor. It'd certainly have less impact than us having "Minerals" in our name still etc. A re-brand could easily fix that.

And, to be clear, like you, I have full confidence in the BOD, the strategy, the prospects for vanadium, and the company specifically. Hence my 100p+ target.

I wouldn't be so defensive. It's natural for people to ask for you to back up what you're saying with some sort of numbers, because I don't think you've really explained yourself so far.

Without the explanation, people are likely to see what you're saying as mere deramping, y'see.

[PS - I remember you asking me about DLG on 4 August. The share price went ex-dividend, so lost 22p ish, and then sunk lower since, but I honestly feel it has also found its floor, and looks set for a 10-15% bounce soon, and has a 25% upside between now and April. Not crazy but it's a solidly high-yielding large cap to have in the portfolio, a beneficiary of covid, and will be promoted to the FTSE100 once Brexit hits 99% of companies but not DLG.]

FYI - I've actually changed my mind re DLG and bought back in at 293p because 290p ish appears to be the area of solid support. Had to eat humble pie on the bb over there but I believe it's the right decision.

Well done Saint68. If enough of us complain to the LSE & FCA they will eventually have to take notice. And, to be honest, it did seem to have an effect because the big sells stopped and we then rose from 12p to 14-15p.

Feel another one could have a similar effect but we need a solid reason to complain, so let's keep our eyes peeled!

If you could buy the entire company at this price you would be laughing when the NAV per share is 12-13p as it is. Like we have to be at the very floor valuation at this price. It's mind-blowing that we're here. I honestly wish I had more money to put in!

As you well know, I would not accept anything less than 100p per share. Actually would probably need it to be a bit higher. I would just love to have the money to offer 30p a share and see what happens. That's all I was saying!

Will post a link later but for the meantime I’d check out the Fundamentals tab for DLG which shows they return an unusually high % of their earnings back to shareholders. Most years it has been well over 20p, so it’s a really high yielding stock to own.

A 21.8p dividend was paid out today but most of that was the expiring FY. Still think we can expect 14p+ of dividends in March. And possibly, if motor profitability is still much better than normal, we can expect a special dividend on top of that in November or March as well.

Strange to see so many large sells going through all of a sudden. Must be 1m+ in the past 2 hours or so.

Keep a close eye on whether any of these sells are later deleted. Because if they are I intend to send another email to the London Stock Exchange, the FCA, and SP Angel.

Agreed. I would love to buy Bushveld out. 20p wouldn’t cut it but 30p per share might. And 30p is still such a bargain when I believe this is worth 100p+ in the long term

Calamari didn't substantial his claim but tbf it is pretty obvious we made a loss in Q4 2019 and with V prices being similarly poor in Q1 we would've made a loss there, and then Q2 you've got the 35 lockdown effecting production and now the decision to stockpile for the Eskom tenders, so his feelings that we've made a loss in H1 sounds v plausible IMHO. It's just that looking at how profitable a company that's massively in growth mode is not a fair way to value it and is very short-sighted. Which calamari agress with to be fair to him. So please let's not attack him or Kyloe or anyone else who expresses concerns / discusses negatives, because a BB should have both positive and negative views in my opinion.

Personally I'm very relaxed about people discussing potential negatives because I've already considered almost all of them already, and am still massively confident that this is the best small cap to invest into right now.

Also I'd rather people felt they were allowed to vent than bottle it up and make the mistake of selling.

Maybe I'm unusual in being so chill about it but I honestly feel this sort of thing is productive. The only time I hate it is when that stupid deceitful troll comes out most nights of the week haha
