it's not share promotion directly, IMHO, as it is all about confidence in the new CEO. One follows the other you may argue but it is all about getting a sense of who the new guy is. He is talking to shareholders and giving them confidence he is the right guy for the job. If you are a LTH holder, which you are not, you want to at least have a decent word with the new CEO and try to understand what he is views are, and try to get a sense as to whether you can trust him or not. So far he has been very convincing. Peeps like the new captain. We're all waiting now to hear about his plans for the short and mid term.

LK is doing his job: he is working on gaining confidence from investors and given the state NR left this company in, this is absolutely the right thing to do. I most certainly agree; I just feel that there may be an opportunity to wait a little bit longer before buying in. The POO will go south the next couple of days now that Opec has not delivered the goods analysts were hoping for. I suspect we will see brent go sub $50, so would wait for that. Assumption is that this share will lower a bit further giving you a better entry price.

When LK speaks the SP goes up. Let him speak, I say :-) I am sure he knows he will need to come up with the goods to be able to keep meaningful conversations going. I suspect he will want to announce his next moves as part of the rebranding of LGO. Would make sense to me; all IMHO and not sure you can DYOR this :)

This is now, what, his 4 interview I see with LK and he hasn't made a single mistake once! With dear old NR, we usually had 4 mistakes in one interview!!! Well, expensive office gone, Rebranding in June, 25+ opportunities. Let's see where the new BOD can take us. I feel confident but at the same time I want to be convinced by facts and results.

i'd rather they took the necessary time before announcing things. Because we will all be watching the next move like hawks, and LK will want his first move to be just right. Give him time, nobody is in any rush to fail!
