I believe so too. Again, he makes a reference to it in the last video. Not sure about your time frame: I am a bit more conservative and leave it open to 2019, simply because there is a lot of paper work and lots of steps involved before we can do a deeper drill. Not to mention that he wants to deploy a step wise approach in Bonasse first, during 2018. That in itself will also have implications for the 2019 deeper drill project. Hence, I am so keen to see a detailed plan 2018 activities for the Bonasse field (TIN HAT SECURELY ON). The next 18 months is going to very exciting.

I am only saying that SWP is the best way forward to transform the mcap of this company. Agree that the cash we have needs to be reserved for drilling in Bonasse/SWP. M&A: we will see. These things are difficult. have worked on a couple in my job and they more often than not do not progress. Not sure what they ratio, but would say 1/10 goes ahead. Point being, you can aspire to doing a great M&A deal, but you can’t bank on it happening. CERP controls its own faith in the SWP and proving the oil reserves only depends on te company itself. Master of one’s own destiny and all....

it will def help, but I struggle to understand what M&A deal we could pull off, given our small war chest. That could only happen via a share issue. The most SP-friendly way would be via success in the SWP. And it’s not so much about the amount of bopd a certain well produces, IMO. It’s more about the proven reserves it adds to CERP. That will be the key trigger for a significant rerate of the company, IMHO. If you listen carefully to the last video, LK refers to that. Big oil will be very interested if we can attach a sweet proven reserve number to SWP, simply because theyn see oil potential on shore at relatively low cost (for big oil). If big oil wants it, they will put a lot of moneys against it.

I’d be w that too. Really only saying Suriname because of the Dutch connection and vast oil potential there. Someone here also stated that NR once visited that country too,

Agree. Read a couple of articles on Suriname becoming the largest explanation area in the caribbean. I think lots of people, myself included expected too much too soon from W/F. The forecast charts are clear enough: expect impact in H2. It will happen, I have zero doubt.

i asked the team, see what they will say/post on the Q&A on the website have also asked when we will get a more detailed operational plan for Bonasse; excitement guaranteed when that one comes out! (other opinions are available), lol

Even Tom Winnifrith, is now a CERP-fan. Those who have been here a while, will agree that would never have happened in the days of NR. Clean LK performance, with a couple of snippets I liked a lot: 1. we hit a peak of 625bopd (peak not average) 2. deeper drilling to start in SWP in 2019 3. mc of £500mn still in the original timeline of 3-5 years. We are now a year in so 2-4 years 4. If we succeed with a well in SWP, we could potentially be halfway that £500mn mc target in 2019 5. Latam countries in scope, no surprise: east and west of venezuela so colombia and suriname 6. stepping stone approach for Bonasse 7. Ask how many bopd of water we injected, but no one asked afterwards. Doh!! Personally, I am still convinced that WF will work, my guess would be some point in H2/18. Sadly no details on Bonasse:-).....will now run away quickly and hide in my bom shelter! :-) BTW, we own 100% of that field, so we will record the full revenue (not so in Goudron as we know).

Sure James, if that’s what you think. Really don’t understand why you need to be so tribal about it. Have you have seen a shareholders meeting of big FTSE companies, and witnessed how they get grillend by IIs? And mind you these are often CEOs who have been massively successful. Point being: they are happy with the CEO, yet still ask some very challenging questions (far tougher ones than mine). The 2 are really not mutually exclusive. Allez, bon weekend mon grand.

Hey Chesh, not frustrated. Just surprised to see that no body wants to see a plan for SWP. Everyone seems to say I should blindly trust Lk. I never have trusted anyone blindly and will not start now. Very bad habit, certainly if my cash in involved:-) Look, each to their own. I am keen to see plan of action. A CEO must be challenged at all times, that brings ever better results. I am pretty sure the large SHs will have asked this; I assume they know. so I would like to know too. Going to the park with my daughter pushing her on a swinger. Guess that makes me a swing trader! Hey-hey-hey

So let me get this straight: imagine LK unfolds his plans for SWP in a bit more detail. Imagine he has some sort of roadmap with specific operational targets by and 18, and other by say end 19. Also imagine he updates us every say2-3 months on the operational progress towards transformational growth from end ‘19 onwards. Now are you seriously suggesting you don’t want to see this, and are you seriously suggesting that anyone wanting to say this is a “swing trader”? Or could it be that this might be a great way to create some more excitement because it will make the enormous potential feel more tangible? Hmmm...”Think, McGyver!” All the best, peeps.
