Salinbas 2025 from where we are at is laughable. Ozaltin couldn't even get a drill plan away before winter set in. And if Tavsan is anything to go by we will be lucky to have production from Salinbas before I turn my toes up too.
I hope we get some news on Tavsan soon with a properly set out plan to production with quantifiable time lines.

What is galling is that money sat in a bank uninvested and losing value which is currently making the deal we struck a nonsense if it not going to be reinvested soon.

No Paul, currently we own 50% of Venus and post ipo that will probably be 20-25%.
We will only indirectly own some of Apliki but as john alludes to we won't get any income unless Venus pays dividends. Any uplift in value for Ariana will be in the value of Venus shares.
That is how I understand it but just like the fog of the whole Zenit scenario and how we get income in Turkey, I am sure there will be some convoluted payment method here that makes you scratch your head.

He might improve his performance by not trying to run it remotely. Firmly ensconced in Oz and too comfortable for him to move by his own words.
He needs to show shareholders he is at least interested as at the moment that is in question. He could start by at least addressing some shareholder concerns and not just answering the easy questions at the next investor zoom meet.
But he needs to strengthen the board too especially if he is to continue spending his time in Oz and his No2 remains as anonymous as ever. A board member that is shareholder facing and friendly.
But I want to know updates on Tavsan and Apliki with a joined up plan of what is needed to get these in production with a time line that is truthful and achievable and not more of the BS we keep getting fed.

Reading the Rns at Pow today it sounds like Paul Johnson thinks it's probably going to happen.

Wouldn't be surprised if there was another delay for Molopo. Not sure how well that would go down.

Market has given it a 'meh'.
Disappointing that in the mention of further investment it will be through Asgard and not from the JV money.

I think you have a point Willowman. That and he also does not have to schmooze the market and shareholders as no need to raise money. If only he had done that better we would have had some institutional holdings.
Whether he has a satisfied air about him or not, many of his shareholders do not share this confidence in the company currently and he needs to be careful. If shareholders continue to head for the door and the SP remains low he might find his baby is snatched from under his smug chops quite cheaply.
Will the frustration continue tomorrow :-/

I reckon it's already started john and the longer it goes on without a plan that shareholders can grasp and be told about and without time lines ever dragging out, it will continue.
I think long termers are already getting cheesed off with Kerim running this remotely while he spends time on his other endeavours, and Mr Options For Free MdV seemingly doing sweet FA.
