I don't know of any reason, other than you can't name one that fits, that would get you in to any trouble however slight on here. Nice 1.6m buy.

And what other cash shells on Aim can you mention that has the calibre of management that there is here? I would be very interested if you can name 1. Who knows how much it is worth until we know what it is. The whole point of a 'reverse takeover' is that you are reversing an entity into a currently listed company, and often those entity's can be bigger than the company in to which it is going, hence reverse. At the end of the days you pays your money and take your chance, I am willing to wait to see what comes.

Monarch it is all about reversing a company or project in to SMA for an Aim listing, it has nothing to do with what SMA has, SMA is now a shell with about $400k in the bank. And what is to say the entity to be reversed in to SMA is not cashed up and just wishes to acquire a UK listing?

Think many have missed the point here. The BoD have cleared the decks and got rid of an asset that was worth zero on the books in readiness for the next and most important phase. These important players are not going to bring in some tin pot asset, they are real players and I for one am very excited about the next phase. Ok many have said they are disappointed with the sale of the Mandiana asset for what seems so little. But in the cold light of day if ebola raises it's head again than that asset is valueless to the buyers. It's all about clearing the decks and we are now classified as a shell ready for the reverse takeover.

Still simmering nicely, I noticed that last 15k+ buy moved it higher a tad. Wait til volume picks up again and then wait for the news to hit.
