Probably looking at 3-5 weeks for SP recovery from tomorrow.

Get use to the 700s from tomorrow. SP should be more active from August.

BOO definitely popped the balloon today but a late afternoon surge will do nice. +51p by my calcs.
60p for this week looks far away at present but BOO goes were the wind blows.

Beacon Energy (BCE) is moving well. Good entry is 0.10p if you can get it. Keeps rising though.

ASOS up nearly 3% today so there is still an appetite for current prices.

Compared to how this share used to move with daily 100p swings it seems firmly stuck in the 860-890p range.
Large holders seem to be selling but the ATs are snapping them up.

Very rare for this stock to go blue (or green) after a +4% fall in the morning.
Probably will end today around 51p IMO but afternoons can be a downward lean.

Without today's inflation news SP would have held around 53p.
Like a bubble in a beer glass it will rise back up for the remainder of the week.
Inflation will knock back spending & food prices continually going higher will dampen spending on clothing. Wage inflation will help balance the outlook until unemployment increases which it seems to be doing.
So the future is doom & doomed & one more RNS could put BOO under the carpet. Due May 16th.

To those that want to sell on ex-div date 20th. The SP will likely drop 200p before you can press SELL. This happens to prevent those who choose to sell on ex-div dates.

You could on the other hand sell now & buy back on ex-div date as the SP will regain to some degree over the summer.
Don't forget you pay tax on the dividend.

This time last year SP was+140p so it's taken one serious knock & there is no highway to get back to those levels from this year at least.

18/19p now looking more realistic as it can't hold 22p. A cautious investment at best until some good news.

Lots of economic UK data to come out in the morning. Probably the main reason the trades today were quiet.

THG - most likely will be under the same flag well past next year unless a buyer stomps up a decent price which won't happen with any current bidders. A fair chance it could go private if the SP drops low enough. Didn't happen to BOO.
