Site visits are only up 0.71% in March for Boohoo.com with nearly half of the 17M hits only looking at one page. They could be the undecided who keep looking at the same page 10 times before remaining undecided.

Boohoo + other brand APPs raise a number of complaints on google play. Boohoo only has +1M downloads while others like TEMU & Light in the box are in the +10M range. For an online company APPs are very important & they must work well. Reviews need addressing as bad reviews lead customers to other sites.
