Krustysmegma - Traditional investing means believing in company prestige & values. It also means you are likely to have a devalued portfolio if you invest especially on AIM. TRP cash call programme seems to keep the company going & if you are aware, you hold your investment for as long as necessary. Your money & you need to protect it. Buy on the lows & sell on the highs is the old game. Todays game is not so civilized & companies too exploit investors. Research is key but essentially look for the next SP growth pattern. TRP have done the recent placing due May 30th, SP likely to remain around 0.05p until license approval & drilling commences in Q3 or later (in Cameroon).

In short - don't be a sitting duck waiting for the next placing. Soon be 10B shares @ 0.07p

For now SP likely to stabilise around 0.05p then raise to 0.1p (maybe more) but expect another placing August/September.

A trickle turns into a stampede. Give time for everyone to research before investing. Slow is best for the company.

MisterPositive - I don't disagree in the slightest.

Still guessing at the timelines & it could be in weeks or months. I'd rather be holding now just in case but sometimes not being so positive makes others so. Therefore happy to throw spanners for others to use.

Anyone holding before the placing announcement will not be happy with their position given the current SP but sometimes you have to average down on AIM & now is a good opportunity. Cash is king & as long as TRP has funds I see no downside to this investment.

If you look on LSE you'd think nobody is buying, very misleading.

No rush to buy, TRP will float around 0.05p for a while, probably until July.

What we can't see are the sales figures for beauty products but at a guess I would say sales in beauty products only go one way & the more product lines you have, the greater the attraction to the store.
