Zoros it's nothing to do with believers . That's a slur on those who have done a lot of research prior to buying into ggp ! And I reckon it won't take that long to reach Mickey's number, don't know when but I reckon it will be well before 2024 !

It's not mind boggling .. it makes financial sense to keep a mortgage at low rates IF you can afford to and some on here can, or if you have multiple millions of ggp and wouldn't miss a few million @ 25p otherwise hold and watch the markets and what the governments do. It's a fine balancing act but if you DON'T need to sell just now then why do it !

I honestly cannot see why anyone would sell ggp shares to pay off a mortgage just now .. ggp on the way up and mortgage rates at the lowest ever ( for a long time to come ) , does not make financial sense !

Zoros .. take a step back and re read the info, that MRE was roughly 1/12th of what we have admittedly not at the same grades (yet) but we have another 3 areas to declare MRE, and we are still open at various points .. I wouldn't be so brave to count out Mickey's prediction . And that's not including what Scally could bring . I know it's all supposition but every thing is leading towards a much higher figure than we are at today !

Still don't agree Zoros, I am firmly in paddy's camp take it to production and keep our share, it's a continual stream of finance. If Scally comes anywhere near Havieron then rinse and repeat maybe with a slightly bigger share for GGP .. that's how to grow the company and give investor returns !

Dsmith .. sorry I couldn't explain it as well as paddy .. but I did say that they had not used 25% of the resources for this MRE, but I couldn't explain how, other than refer to the diagrams from page 10 of the JORC

If you look at the drill nos. on the horizontal or plan view and then look at the same drill no. On the verticals you will see how little they are actually taking into consideration especially on the new drill results !

Drop a note to Gervaise and ask what percentage of the current results the MRE covers !
