The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Dcgc, the estimated amount of oz they think is there at the moment, will have an influence on the 5%. I will be very surprised if both NCM and GGP don’t think there is at least 20moz there ( though they cannot say that) also a low ball offer reduces the valuation of the 100%. I don’t think SB would look good to his board and shareholders of it isn’t valued fairly, after all his screaming from the rooftops how good Hav. is!
Dcgc. I think you are taking rubbish with your £80/£85m that would only value us where we are at the moment, they know a lot more than us and SD had already said this is another Telfer .. so overall more than 25moz, I am sure SD will not be pitching his figure around yours!
If they put in the lowest bid they think they will get away with, it WILL go to arbitration and they don’t want that ! Why buy out a company that is basically your exploration arm on the cheap . Doesn’t make financial sense !
For your info Merc.
The original PFS was based on a 2Mtpa case and it was disclosed that the intent was to take the 3Mtpa investment case into the definitive Feasibility Study.
GGP is keen for an updated Resource & Reserve, but our preference is to release this jointly with NCM.

MFU SD said FS would be 50% larger than PFS
PFS was 4.2m oz, hence FS in DEC will be 6.5-7m oz
Hence MRE2 this month = 5-6m oz
NO HE DIDN’T .. the 50% increase is on the amount of tonnage they will remove per year and will be in the FS .. that is the upgrade!
It’s amazing how people can read different things from the interview, I don’t think he was playing down the 5% agreement and I will be very surprised if they don’t come out with an agreed figure, whether that figure is what most would like is another matter, but it needs to be north of $100m to give him the freedom to explore else where, and foot up GGP’s bill for future drilling at Hav. for the next 18/24months.
