This is just an observation...from the interview given by the two CEOs from around 3 months ago ...Steven Williams said that he was... very happy with the Victory Deal just on its own merits ...which one would read that they were more than happy with what had been offered ...If there was no news by the 31st ..then they should come forward and explain if there has been any change in the situation since they last gave out public information ...

So from my understanding when you say... there is no requirement to update the market ....most shareholders/ investors would then simply read that ...the deal has not completed or otherwise Reabold would have wanted to release news on any potential deal ...

Hi ...I just wish to ask a question from any shareholder with greater knowledge off the company..Do Reabold have some sort off legal / condition obligation to release news on the Victory negotiations with a third party by the 31 st off August which only leaves 4 trading days ...I will send out an advance many thanks if anyone is able to provide any .. Many thanks for sharing your story....Pump and dump ...as it is often referred to is easier to do with penny stocks...it is off course one off a number off risk connected with these types off shares ....On the other side off the coin is the high potential reward maybe to multibag should fortune be on the side off that particular shareholder/s ....but then there is no such thing as a free lunch off course ...In order to tip the balance in the shareholders favour ...I think it helps to be in the right sector at the right time .( but every share trade involves risk off course) ...So for me I hold shares in Reabold/ Centrica and Pan African ( Gold Mining ) ....than say rather than something in the retail sector which I consider to be higher risk at this moment in time especially as we head towards the winter period .....But each shareholder/s must make their own choices off course / Lenin

I understand why people may not like BMD...but does this not say something about Reabold public relations ( or lack off) ...if they are unable to create the same level off investor interest before any official announcement is released ???..!!!!

Mr Persimmon....you very conveniently ..forgot to mention one very big difference between the two projects...Sealion was/is basically all or nothing for Rockhopper ( apart from some minor Italian assets ) ... Victory is ahead off West Newton in the stage monetisation........Granted the outcome is not known at this stage apart from the fact there are negotiations with a buyer ...But then off course holding shares in any company involve risk ...If a shareholder cannot except the risk they are comfortable with they should just keep the money in the bank rather than having an ax to grind with everyone else !!....

Only for Reabold share holders who take an interest in other company shares ...the Cineworld share price made ...a jaw dropping 80% fall since Tuesday ...a company I considered to invest in last year but I ran a mile when I saw that they have almost 7 billions pounds worth off debts ...I am supprised Persimmon is not on their message board ...He could enjoy posting negative messages all day long and in Cineworlds case he would have genuine reasons to do this !!!!

( Final Post for today )...I think the truth off the situation with you Mr Persimmon is that basically...you are frightened that you are going to miss out ... otherwise you would have been long gone a while ago ....but because you never made money straight away you can't change mentally that you have an ax to grind about the situation you found yourself in and have decided to take it out on the other shareholders rather than realizing you are the one who is responsible for when you decided to buy into Reabold ....

Your comment is completely ridiculous !!!!...I do not make money from my house as it does not produce a service or product unless there is a fundamental reason for it to go up in value and then I decide to sell... Understand this and you will finally understand the Reabold business model !!!!..

U K Natural. Gas is heading towards 500 pence a therm ..which is being caused by supply disruption issues and the need for Europe to import more LNG..This is a level not seen since the start off the Russia/ Ukraine war ...and also means the gas from the Victory field is now almost currently circa .10 × ..its historic level....

What's your version off a few 10s of £millions ...2 x 5 x ..10x ....15x ???... Without being more specific you could claim to be right even if you turn out to be wrong !!!!

You maybe your correct as I do not know the full details on the negotiations..... But it seems very odd to me Corallian would have to pay Reabold a 1/4 of a million within 90 days because the Reabold negotiaters failed the process ......I am thinking a very good sales figure should be achievable because at the heart is ownership off a commodity which has undergone a seismic upward shift in it's value since Victory was first acquired....

Just a minor correction on the last comment ...I meant to type D Day was the beginning off Victory in Europe Day .. it was a while before the real V E Day was achieved...

From my understanding Corallian have to pay Reabold £250 000 if the negotiations do not conclude by the 31st August...So it is not right to hold the two Reabold C E O s responsible for the outcome or the price achieved ... Corallian are responsible...

Too what delay are you referring to ???...The acquisition has until the 31st off August to complete ...Either party may terminate and Corallian will have to pay Reabold £250 000 with in 90 days if the deal does not finalize in this timescale .. ...This is much more complex than say making a deal for a new car ....Unless you are not aware off that off course !!!!...

I had this problem with Halifax last year ...I left them for an ISA account with XO trading...a basic platform but blows away Halifax in terms off value ...

Hi ..I do not wish for this to sound like a stupid question ...But when you state that the offer must be sufficiently attractive to the shareholders who joined the party at £2.20 ..to which shareholders are you referring to ?? Corallians ?? Obviously Reabold has not been at this price for a very long time .....I should state I have a reasonable holding here ,( in relation to my financial situation) ...but as I hold a number of other shares in other sectors in shareholder terms I would be classed as ...a jack off all trades but a master off none !!... An advanced many thanks if you find the time to reply...

There are too many moving parts to this for anyone to be able to give an accurate prediction ...not even the most professional day trader knows for sure which way a mainstream share will move within 24 hours ...but consider Reabold with a market cap off just over 26 million would have reached a crucial milestone in the life off the company with the selling off Victory ... Assuming Corallians statement that the offer is ... sufficiently attractive ...means that they did reach the minimum sale figure off 190 million plus ...with 50% going to Reabold then the share price must multi bag xxx times ..Maybe the final sales figure will surprise many to the upside ...especially as UK gas is virtually the new Gold in these current times we live in ... Both parties know this so the buyer should be keen to complete the offer ...
